The hotel is small, but very good. Everything is clean, the staff is very helpful. The embankment is a few minutes walk away.
There are two small shops nearby, and a supermarket Sukhum is a little further away. I advise you to visit.

I really liked it!! The hotel provides towels, shaving supplies, a toothbrush with toothpaste, gels and shampoos. The convenient location is 200 meters from the beach. And very nice staff.

The hotel is gorgeous. The location is also excellent. The rooms are just awesome. It's a pity they haven't done cosmetic repairs for a long time. Yes, and upholstered furniture is needed - sofas and armchairs (eco-leather has burst). I will definitely return to this hotel next time.

It was in May 2022. To be blunt: people do not come to Abkhazia for comfortable hotels. In this case, it is probably one of the most pleasant places to stay. The House of Moscow is for meetings and delegations. There is one floor for a hotel. The rooms are decent, without pathos. Breakfast was served on coupons in the cafe opposite. There was enough for scrambled eggs, salad, and coffee. The room was cleaned regularly and soundly. It's clean everywhere.The walls in the rooms are thin, so audibility is not a very fun topic for the neighbors. The staff, like everyone I met, are pleasant people to talk to. Russian Russian is spoken by everyone, both ethnic Abkhazians and our Russians.

Everything is fine. The room is very spacious. The receptionist is very polite. Everything that was promised in the correspondence was fulfilled. The room has three panoramic Windows, sea view, refrigerator, microwave, cooler. Very clean. Polite guards. The sea is nearby. I don't know if there are better hotels in Sukhum.

We had a vacation with a friend from June 5 to June 13, 2021. On the last day of the vacation, I decided to write a review. For Abkhazia, the hotel is gorgeous, I will not compare it with other countries, it is new, in the center, close to the sea. We were completely satisfied with everything.
