After so many years, the ideal transit hotel in Yerevan has been found. 20 minutes by taxi from the airport - if there are no traffic jams. The room is huge, it has everything you need, a gorgeous view from the window, a large dressing room with a safe. Very hospitable and helpful girls at the reception. Payment is accepted, including by transfer to a Russian card, in cash in euros and dollars, whichever is convenient for you. There is a bus stop to the airport nearby for 300 AMD. Cons: an uncomfortable and meager breakfast in the lobby, the general comfort of the building. It's amazing that instead of normal pensions, Russian citizens pay for such useless, meaningless artifacts in different countries.

A wonderful hotel and the attitude of the staff. It was for the New Year 2023. A huge room almost in the center, in the building of the business center. Modest but delicious breakfasts in the lobby, delicious coffee throughout the day. An unexpected and very pleasant reception with Armenian sweets, cognac and champagne on New Year's morning... In general, I will definitely try to come back.

The perfect combination of price and quality. A cozy hotel, spacious rooms, hearty breakfasts with grain coffee. Bottled water, tea and coffee were added to our room every day. To the center of 15 minutes on foot through the square. The nearest Yerevan tavern is a 10-minute walk away (7 Paronyan Street). We sincerely thank Hovhannes for his responsiveness, help and sincere hospitality. We were allowed to stay in the room for free on the day of departure until the evening, which was very helpful. I hope we will return to Yerevan and stay here. Thanks!

I really liked it, I was passing through, I was met at the airport, and then they took me back to my flight. My breakfast was included, and I paid for lunch. If there is a flight through Yerevan, I will definitely stop here.

Well-located hotel (close to the center), courteous staff, clean.
The windows overlook a busy road, it is quite noisy. There are no cafes/ shops nearby, it takes 7-10 minutes to walk.

We booked the hotel quickly to spend the night between connecting flights, choosing it on booking according to very high reviews.
At 10 p.m. we had to knock because there is no sign and we eventually walked into the door with the sign "House of Culture" and this is not a joke! In marble, flags of Russia, a map of Moscow on the ceiling, the logo "Moscow, I love you" at the entrance))) Come back in USSR
The rooms are large and clean.

In the evening, around 7 p.m., on January 3, my husband and child and I arrived at your hotel to check in. When we approached the reception desk, we found no receptionist, there was no one at all. And only 5 minutes later, a guard came down to us from the upper floors. Having dialed the administrator by phone, the GUARD tried to check us into the hotel. In advance, we looked at the prices for rooms in the Booking application, the administrator informed us on the phone of other prices, more expensive by 1000 rubles! The conversations and attempts to check in lasted 30 minutes. We were tired from the road and we wanted to rest. As a result, we found a solution and took a standard room with prices from the Booking application.
The room turned out to be dirty and untidy. There was a lot of dust, someone else's hair and even someone else's underwear. There wasn't even any toilet paper!!! A security guard brought it to us when we asked him if he could clarify its availability at the hotel or do we need to buy it ourselves?
The next day we saw the receptionist only in the morning when we went for a walk and at lunch when we returned after a walk. In the evening, leaving the room and returning back, the receptionist was also not in place, as she was not there on January 5 at 8 a.m. when we left the hotel. We gave the keys to the guard.
I am extremely outraged! I have never seen such terrible service in any hotel! Where has it been seen that the administrator was not at the workplace???? And the room is in such a dirty condition at a price of 3,000 rubles per day!!! I do not recommend this hotel in any way!!!
