I highly recommend you to visit. Great atmosphere, very tasty coffee. The staff are incredibly polite and pleasant to talk to.

Pleasant atmosphere, friendly and friendly staff, varied menu with delicious breakfasts.
I rarely write any reviews, but I am impressed with the service that MossCoffe provides to its customers.

We really like to come for breakfast/snack at Moss Coffee. It is very tasty and satisfying! There is always something to choose from delicious coffee. I have been working in offices nearby for a couple of years, I came in at lunchtime since there are no closer convenient establishments, a couple of times I came across stale vegetables in ciabatta, I just picked them out but kept coming. The last time they served lattes instead of cappuccino, I understand people sometimes get confused, I also scored. But today was the last straw. I ordered a salad with a pear and there is cheddar cheese in the composition. the salad was cooked for 20 minutes. during this time, they just piled a plate full of greens on me without notifying me that cheese was not available and SILENTLY put it on the table. The salad costs 14 rubles, most of which is missing cheddar. When I turned to the waitress, they told me that the most they could do was put plain cheese in the salad. This is what the client needs after a direct attempt at deception. Of the more than a hundred times you have visited this institution, I would also like to mention that you will get good quality coffee with a 50/50 chance. We tried to have breakfast - a complete failure)
When we place an order, no one warns that some components are not available.
They take out one dish and then it turns out that they cannot cook the second dish, since there is no component. They offer to change it to another one and as a result, one person at the table eats, the second one waits for another 10 minutes.
The appliances were brought on request. That very first breakfast also lacked one component, which was hastily taken out (most likely not exactly what was stated, but I did not want to find out at all).
Well, petfriends are good, but it seems to me that employees should not pet a dog and then immediately make coffee.

A cozy place, a good atmosphere, you can play board games, a large menu of drinks is very pleasing (if there were another alternative...but this is me finding fault)), pleasant and polite staff. I have no questions about coffee with milk, espresso is sometimes a little acidic, I come at the end of the day and go to different baristas - I won't say what exactly depends on. The price is acceptable. You can come with your four-paws, pleasing to the eye)

I was a regular guest of this coffee shop. But because of a couple of cases, I'm definitely not coming back here anymore. 1. I bought a pomegranate Americano. In the menu, the price is written 6p. They tell me 6.80. To the question why is this so? - "the price has changed." I come the next day and it turns out the price has not changed, everything is as before for 6p.
2. My husband and I had cards of regular visitors. Three cards. Two of them are completely filled. That is, two coffees could be taken for free. We kept them at the coffee shop with the cards of other regulars. The cards were signed. We're coming to get free coffee tonight, but our cards aren't there. No one knows where they went.

One of the favorite places in the area. Large portions of breakfast, which can be ordered almost the whole day (until 20.00, if I'm not mistaken). Delicious coffee, there is a seasonal coffee list, a large selection of desserts (they are periodically changed and it's cool because they don't get bored when you go regularly)

The staff is friendly. That's where the advantages ended. It was my first time in this coffee shop. There's not a single person inside, and sad-looking dessert leftovers are in the window. We were looking for a place to have breakfast. We were leaving that day, so I left my grandmother, who walks badly, with a suitcase, and I went to look for where I could have breakfast. I went into this cafe. I was told that there are breakfasts, but they will have to wait 40 minutes. I agreed. I brought my grandmother and a suitcase! It took a maximum of 5 minutes!!! And when we had already chosen, they told me that they were too busy and they would not cook breakfast for us. By the way, zapara is one!!! a busy table. I'm shocked. I had to eat what I had.

We were at this coffee shop the other day. I liked everything very much. Cozy atmosphere, delicious cappuccino and mango passion fruit dessert. A pleasant, polite and very attentive barista guy.
I was especially pleased that you can come in with a dog and take coffee and tea to take away.

Perhaps not the best coffee in Minsk, but certainly the best of the coffee shops in this city. It is mandatory to visit, at least because of its atmosphere!
