Maybe everything is new, this is a plus, but the fact that all narrow specialists are now sitting here in the new world .....this is certainly not very convenient, since pediatrics remained on Utepova. Cons: -even if you are by appointment, you will still be sitting and waiting in line in a narrow corridor where there is a lot of congestion of parents and children.
-at first it was hard to find where and on which floor the narrow specialists sit, some speak 3, others 4, but eventually they finally put the index arrows, otherwise you can wander there for half an hour;
- not all elevators can be entered from the first floor, only a certain elevator number, I don't remember which one, and of course you can't enter the cargo one;
- it's very difficult to get through to the reception, either their phone is broken or they don't pick it up;
-an appointment with narrow specialists 2 months in advance, those who need it urgently will most likely go to paid clinics or they force them to go for a fee, perhaps there is still a shortage of staff.
