Today I am faced with the fact that the registry employs people who treat their work in bad faith... the girl talked on the phone for 10-15 minutes, pretending that she did not see or hear the people standing in front of her in the queue. When she finally deigned to listen to me, she answered my question with one word: NO, call me tomorrow. Wasn't it possible to look up from the phone and answer the question of a person who came here on purpose and was standing in a live queue? It seems to me that first of all you need to serve those who are standing right in front of you, and tell the callers on the phone: please wait one minute... Put one person at the reception desk who will only answer phone calls and another who will only deal with people from the first queue... Not only is the girl wrong and did not apologize, she also allowed herself to make sarcastic remarks about me.... But then how is the CLIENT ALWAYS RIGHT? Especially the PATIENT who came here to get help... please take action against this employee!
