Unprofessional and boorish staff.
I am a foreign citizen, I came to Astana on a business trip.
I came to them from another area to print a document.The manager asked me if I needed a color print or black and white, I said it was colored. He said he wouldn't print the color one, I asked why.He said he wouldn't do it. I asked is this such a law in Kazakhstan or does he just not want to. He said such a law, I asked him to show it to me, since I am not a local , but I need to print out the contract in color in order to finish it, scan it and then send it to the partners.
I dialed the notary's friend on the phone, she did not say that there was no such law and it was just his wish. During my phone conversation, the manager said, "Everyone get out of here, I won't print anything at all!".
I hung up the phone and asked him again to print out the contract for me, since I spent a lot of time to come to them and print out the contract, which I urgently need and I'm not going anywhere without it.He got up and said, "Get out of here!"
I said okay, then I'll leave a review about your work online, he immediately took a picture of me and said, "Go go, they'll meet you there."I asked, is this a threat? He said, "Go, go, they'll meet you!"
I started to leave, he followed me: he asked, "are you Russian?" I say no , it doesn 't matter who I am.
I said that I would call the police for misleading me about the fact that there is such a law and does not want to provide a service that is in their price list . He said it again : "Come on , come on, they will meet you!"
Therefore, firstly, I do not advise anyone to use the services of this agency , secondly: "if they really meet me somewhere, then you need to look for greeters in this place."
