In Grodno, at the pick-up point, an employee works according to his own biological clock. The website indicates the opening hours from 8.00 a.m. I decided to stop by and pick up before work. By the way, the pick-up point is more than 20 km away. The boy came at 8.15, then said that he would not do anything until he unloaded the car. He put forward a bunch of conditions that had to be done to pick up his order. The day before, I dialed the Minsk number to clarify whether the pick-up point was open from 8 in the morning, and confirmed that from 8. The same customer was waiting with me at that time. As a result, in order not to be late for work, I had to leave with nothing. Don't set foot here anymore!
