I bought Minsk x250, it was assembled, the transportation oil in the engine was not changed, there were a significant number of jambs. Starting a detailed inspection at home, I found out that the bolts were partially not clamped, removing the seat I found that the air filter housing was installed crookedly and held on one bolt out of three. But the most interesting thing is that I waited for the motorcycle from June to the end of October, referring to the factory that they were to blame. A day later, I got a call from the factory and was told that the motorcycles were ready, you can pick them up. I immediately called the store because I paid back in October. To which they replied that they had forgotten to call me, and it was already possible to go pick up the motorcycle. Terrible workers, I'm terrified.

The service is disgusting. After the purchase, a factory defect of the motorcycle was revealed, the warranty was denied in a rude and boorish form. We had to solve everything through the official representatives of Minsk.
