We go there about once every six months and it's just heaven and earth: what used to be and what is now. The pies have become sickly sweet and too salty. The base cakes used to be marzepan, nutty, now it's hard to say what they are made of. At the same time, the price remained luxury. It's very sad. It was the best pastry shop in Minsk

I recently bought an eclair in which sugar was clearly mixed with salt, informed the staff about it and returned the plate. What did the staff do? And, by the way, the croissant "lives" for 3-4 hours, and here they can lie from morning to lunch, get winded, and cost the same as in the morning. Once I came for coffee at lunch, and saw that there were still a few of my favorite almond croissants left, I took them and was very upset. It was not fresh at all, and the workers could have warned about it. In this case, if you still have morning pastries for lunch, make at least a 50% discount on it, so people will understand that it is no longer fresh, and even more so it should not cost as morning.
And the next time we looked into the coffee shop, we told the cashier about this situation, to which we received the answer: "Well, we don't know which kind of pastries are fresh for you and which are not. Maybe it's okay for you"
