We stayed at this hotel from 11/30/24 to 12/10/24 Although half of this period we were on excursions, including two-day ones. Therefore, there were few people in the hotel.
Positive:
1. Close to the sea. About 5 minutes on foot. The beach is nice, but there are no reefs. That's why we swam there only 2 times, the rest of the time we went to Koh Lan and swam on excursions. There is a free toilet like a hut, a eurobox and a Euro bucket as a shower. Beer is on sale, it costs a little more than in 7/11, but it's cold. The stairs to the beach are long without a railing.
2. Food: very good for breakfast. It is always delicious and varied.
3. Good location. Quiet area. Nearby 7/11, exchangers, street food, pharmacy, massage.
4. Swimming pool. Big. The sun beds are always free.
5. Vlad's Russian girlfriend at the reception. But we've only seen her once. The rest of the time, requests to call her were answered: eating, sleeping, day off, etc.
6. Polite staff.
7. On the terrace you can eat what you bought on 7/11, or just drink beer.
It says here that the hotel needs renovation. Maybe so, but apparently it is being gradually made. We didn't see any chipped tiles in the pool or broken plumbing.
Minuses:
1. There are no balconies. Swimsuits do not dry in the room.
2. A lot of Chinese appear periodically. They are very noisy and there is always a mess and dirt after them.
3. Sometimes there are not enough tables on the terrace.
The air conditioning and TV were not turned on, so we don't know about them.
In general, if you do not specifically look for flaws, it is quite comfortable.
Koh Lan Island: taxi to the ferry via the Bolt app 70-90 baht. The ferry is 30 baht. Tuk-tuk on the island to Tien beach is 30 baht.
Everywhere they write that you can buy a SIM card at 7/11, this is NOT SO! 5 stores have been bypassed, they are not there. As a result, they bought it on Volkin Street. At the very end of the street on the right is a small mobile phone shop. The most profitable tariff: unlimited Internet for 7 days for 299 baht. But you can extend it at 7/11.
Thais do not know English well. Google translator helps, but Thais don't always understand its translation either.
Excursions can be bought on the street, but check ALL THE DETAILS! What is included in the price, what is not. How much to pay for what is not included. How long to drive from one point to another. We were shocked by the distances.

Hello everyone)We rested at this hotel from 11-21 11.2023.At first glance, I really liked it, there is a fountain in the lobby,a billiard table,game consoles,very spacious with lots of sofas, a huge reception, the first impression is delight)We went up to the room on the 4th floor, I thought about it..ooo cool, cooler next to the room))I made a big mistake then (more on that later))The room itself is a bit not a fountain, it needs repair, the furniture is shabby, there is practically no lighting (some sconces are dim and broken)..I think it doesn't matter, we didn't come to sit in the room)We settled in the evening, it's too late to go to the sea (although it's close for the beach)and the pool is the very thing..the pool is like a room, it seems good, but everything is shabby, many sun beds are broken, the territory is dirty.the tile in the pool is chipped off..oh well)I'm already happy that in November and in hot Thailand)The first night after the flight was in a complete blackout, in the morning I wake up all bitten by mosquitoes, it turns out they are just a swarm in the room..and so the constant hunt for insects began, how many mosquitoes do not kill and do not drive away with repellents, they only become more, where did they come from, I did not understand, but there are a lot of them🤷🏻♂️Remembering the cooler..on the second morning I realized that this is one of the disadvantages..every morning from 6-8 o'clock there is some kind of movement, hundreds of Chinese tourists come to the hotel as if on a gas tour, half of them are buzzing next to the cooler and then run for breakfast, where they sweep away everything there is to eat)The hotel leaves much to be desired..the staff is very good, but the financing is necessary for the hotel, restoration is needed!The breakfasts are monotonous and I will not say that they are delicious.Once again, the staff is 5 c +, but the hotel needs investments.
Our own people brightened up the stay at the hotel)we met the guys from Irkutsk and had a very good time even in such an unimportant hotel)Olya with Igor and Inna with Andrey and of course little Kirill are just the best👍😄If you read the review)we hug you all and missed you very much))
The overall impression of the holiday is excellent, the hotel only let me down a little)by the way, the location of the hotel is good, near everything you need,7/11,massage parlors,makashnitsy,cafes, fruits sell whatever your heart desires)If you suddenly decide to stay at this hotel, do not try to settle down next to the cooler and elevator, as well as buy all kinds of repellents and refuse breakfast (they are not very)

The place is good,quiet,average,a little tired,the breakfasts are modest, clean linen is cleaned daily,you need to move into the upper floors,a nice pool,the sea nearby,a beautiful outdoor restaurant above the beach
