We had a rest on 02/17/25-02/28/25. The hotel is on solid 4. Very good location of the hotel. The pier is a 20-minute walk away. Tuk tuks don't go, they traveled by taxi. There are two supermarkets, two massage parlors, and a good cafe near the hotel. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. The beach is clean. On the beach there are sun beds for 100 baht, cold beer, drinks, ice cream. The bed linen was changed every day. The room has a TV with one Russian channel, refrigerator, air conditioning. The breakfasts are good, you won't stay hungry. I plan to stay at this hotel next time.

The hotel is good, you can live. The best option for three stars. The sea is close, 10 minutes . Compared to other beaches, we traveled all over Pattaya and visited different beaches. It's decent here, pretty clean and picturesque. Lots of greenery and shade under the trees. The hotel has an extensive but monotonous breakfast. The air conditioner in our room broke down, and we were moved to another room. The hotel is old, but clean. On-site swimming pool. Thai massage by the pool . We stayed at this hotel from 11/30/24 to 12/10/24 Although half of this period we were on excursions, including two-day ones. Therefore, there were few people in the hotel.
Positive:
1. Close to the sea. About 5 minutes on foot. The beach is nice, but there are no reefs. That's why we swam there only 2 times, the rest of the time we went to Koh Lan and swam on excursions. There is a free toilet like a hut, a eurobox and a Euro bucket as a shower. Beer is on sale, it costs a little more than in 7/11, but it's cold. The stairs to the beach are long without a railing.
2. Food: very good for breakfast. It is always delicious and varied.
3. Good location. Quiet area. Nearby 7/11, exchangers, street food, pharmacy, massage.
4. Swimming pool. Big. The sun beds are always free.
5. Vlad's Russian girlfriend at the reception. But we've only seen her once. The rest of the time, requests to call her were answered: eating, sleeping, day off, etc.
6. Polite staff.
7. On the terrace you can eat what you bought on 7/11, or just drink beer.
It says here that the hotel needs renovation. Maybe so, but apparently it is being gradually made. We didn't see any chipped tiles in the pool or broken plumbing.
Minuses:
1. There are no balconies. Swimsuits do not dry in the room.
2. A lot of Chinese appear periodically. They are very noisy and there is always a mess and dirt after them.
3. Sometimes there are not enough tables on the terrace.
The air conditioning and TV were not turned on, so we don't know about them.
In general, if you do not specifically look for flaws, it is quite comfortable.
Koh Lan Island: taxi to the ferry via the Bolt app 70-90 baht. The ferry is 30 baht. Tuk-tuk on the island to Tien beach is 30 baht.
Everywhere they write that you can buy a SIM card at 7/11, this is NOT SO! 5 stores have been bypassed, they are not there. As a result, they bought it on Volkin Street. At the very end of the street on the right is a small mobile phone shop. The most profitable tariff: unlimited Internet for 7 days for 299 baht. But you can extend it at 7/11.
Thais do not know English well. Google translator helps, but Thais don't always understand its translation either.
Excursions can be bought on the street, but check ALL THE DETAILS! What is included in the price, what is not. How much to pay for what is not included. How long to drive from one point to another. We were shocked by the distances.

We are currently staying at this hotel from February 22 to March 3, 2025. I will not write about the rooms , everything is clear with them , repairs are needed . The staff is excellent, if there is a problem, they solve it quickly. Someone writes that the rooms are not cleaned, towels are changed every day, 3 liters of water every day. I think the breakfasts for 3* are excellent, you won't stay hungry. There are omelets, eggs, chicken, rice of various kinds, sausage, sausages. I won't list everything, they give you fruits, but not all of them, watermelons are definitely there. If something is over, they bring it right away, you don't have to worry that you'll be late for breakfast and there won't be anything left. They give you a towel for the record on the beach, the beach is 5 minutes from the hotel, there is a cafe nearby and exchangers at a good exchange rate, even rubles are changed.If you don't like the beach, you can go to Koh Lan Island from Bali Hai Pier. Mountain Beach Resort, this hotel offers tours to Pattaya for vacationers only in Pattaya, or as we were settled for an overnight stay after koh chang, to be picked up at the airport the next day. There are a lot of makashnits, shops, cafes near the hotel, you will not stay hungry.
The location of the hotel is also an amateur, there are no tuk tuks to get to the center, pier, or other beach nearby... Either a long walk or a taxi. I can't say anything about the beach. Pros: location in the city, proximity to a nice beach, opposite a restaurant with a wide variety of menus, a clean pool, a variety of breakfast menus. A large selection of hot dishes, salads, drinks, fruits. For which +1 one star to 1 hotel. The staff is friendly, there were no comments to them. CONS: the last juices are being squeezed out of the hotel. The rooms have old, shabby furniture, the carpet is dirty and shuffled, and the curtains are stained with dirty streaks. The compressors of the air conditioners behind the wall are very noisy, they interfere with sleep, the double-glazed windows are thin, birds can be heard screaming at night, dogs bark, if the windows on the facade, vacationers can be heard thumping at night. The safes are supposedly only on floors 6-7. There is no hot water from the fifth floor, barely warm. Only the walruses will be satisfied. There are mosquitoes on the lower floors, and we're stocking up on fumigators and plates. In the room where I personally lived, there was a leak from the ceiling in the shower area, the leak was fixed on the floor, but not for long.
Tip: I don't recommend it.

We want to leave a review about the hotel! We were here from 28.03.2025 to 8.04.2025. The only negative thing is that there is no entertainment by the pool, at least music, but this problem is solved if you bring a speaker with you. I really liked the hotel, the staff, the cleanliness, the food. The rest was unique!!! Everything is there for convenience, clean towels for the beach and pool, a safe where you can safely leave your documents, precious things and money. They will be returned to you at any time. Storage is free!!! There are many offers for excursions.The most unforgettable trip was on the liner "Dolce vita"-I recommend it. We would like to express our special gratitude to the new management. This is the worst hotel I've ever been to in Thailand, and I've been to Thailand many times! The hotel is very old, run-down, musty, the rooms are stinking, the stench of old age and mold, the carpets on the floor in the corridors are all stained, Beach towels look like doormats, towels in the room, they are given two, too, not the first freshness, the elevators are dirty, there are no balconies, clothes have to be dried where necessary, the staff every day creates the appearance of cleaning, sometimes a Russian girl works at the reception, she can help a little, but don't expect much help from her! In general, the attitude towards Russian guests is bestial, they had a rest in early February 2025, 160 Hindu rooms poured into the hotel hall in the second week of rest, the Thais immediately redirected the breakfasts to Hindus, all the food became spicy. The breakfasts are monotonous, the dining room is dirty, the tables, the windows are dirty, the dishes are broken! The hotel management is apparently very greedy, they don't want to invest in the hotel, they even want to put things in order! The water in the pool is dirty green, the tiles are dirty, and they break underfoot. There are few sun beds, those that are dirty, probably a couple of umbrellas, there is nowhere to hide from the sun in the heat! The hotel itself is conveniently located relative to the sea and shops, makashnits, massage parlors, all the advantages end there, the neighboring hotel Cozy Beach is much cleaner and better! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, unless it is at a very low price and then spoil your vacation! By the way, the hotel does not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, we bought them for ourselves, but the stupid cleaners threw them away, so it's better not to leave personal belongings in the room unattended, there are no safes in the room!

Everyone ate, there were no unpleasant consequences. The sea is a 5-minute walk away, you can swim in the bay.

We stayed at this hotel until 03/31/2025.It's the worst hotel I've ever seen. The bed linen and towels are gray, everything is worn to holes, the pillows are soft and stained. Another plus is that a cute Russian girl periodically works at the reception. 4 elevators. The cleaning is good, the water is changed, the staff is friendly.
There is a cool street across the street, there is everything, the pen shop cafe opposite (I recommend) is inexpensive and quite tasty. Like a Thai canteen, but with a huge selection of dishes. They serve it quickly, there were no complaints. Do not be afraid to get poisoned, but still, upon arrival, be sure to buy several vials of "White Rabbit". It is inexpensive, from 20 baht, but mega-effectively puts you on your feet even with severe poisoning!Take it home with you, in the first-aid kit of masthev!. The beach is 200 meters away, then you have to go down a steep long staircase, then climb accordingly)

We were forced to enter this hotel by transit between the airport and Chang Island. I liked the location of the hotel, near the beach, cafes, shops, exchangers. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. At the entrance to the hotel, the interior does not seem to be bad, but the renovation of the rooms and corridors on residential floors leaves much to be desired: cracked walls, old furniture, broken doors, dirty old carpet, air conditioning with pieces of mold and unpleasant yellow linen. It feels like there haven't been any updates here for many years. It's squeamish to be in the room. There is no sense of cleaning at all: the furniture is stained, and mosquitoes with blood on the doors and walls, crushed by someone before our arrival...It's very dirty.
The breakfast was not good, and the dining room was also dirty and had an unpleasant smell.
In addition, it is worth noting that there were many Indian tourists in the hotel, which created a certain atmosphere.
As for the pool, it was excessively chlorinated - but perhaps it was for the best, given the general condition of the hotel.
Except to drop the bags and run wherever you want, the hotel does not cause any desires))))
In general, if you do not enter the room at all, even at night, then you can.
But it's still better to look for other options!

It was our first time in Pattaya. The hotel is normal, but old. In some places it is even better than the neighboring Cozy Beach. The food is normal, there is something to choose from, but monotonous, it gets boring. Scrambled eggs, chicken, rice, noodles, rustic potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, sausages, sausage, spaghetti, pasta, semolina, greens, watermelon, melon, pitahaya, coffee, tea, yupi, sandwich bread, margarine, 2 types of jam, sometimes a dry breakfast was served. 4 elevators, they drive fast. We are resting in this hotel now. It doesn't match anything at all. The photos all have some clean corridors, everything is fine. In fact, the hotel is insanely old, the hallway is full of trash, the dust is so exaggerated, but you can stumble. There is no safe in the room, no normal furniture, no double bed.
