I want to share my experience of delivering cargo from Moscow to Sicily. Overall, the process went smoothly, and I was very satisfied with the company's services. Everything is fine. Things were delivered from St. Petersburg to the Port in a month. There was a slight delay due to congestion before the shipment was sent across Russia. I advise you to pack your things carefully, preferably in boxes inside a large box, since part of the outer packaging was deformed, but all the things arrived intact.
Things were sent from Barcelona to St. Petersburg on May 23, 2024, the cargo of 155 kg went for 3 months, received on August 12!!!!!!
The Move Home company disappointed, especially the work of the logistics department, manager Elena did not always get in touch, unsubscribed after a reminder. There are no complaints about Oksana's manager, she is the only person in the company who was constantly in touch and explained all the details of the "service" from beginning to end
- we packed and packed the goods ourselves
-the logistician mixed up the labels on our cargo and sent someone else's with a different shipment number (noticed by accident)
- we also controlled the shipment, loading and delivery to the Spanish warehouse ourselves
- we called and wrote to find out where our cargo is, and not the company
Things came in an ugly way!
Of the 9 boxes of things, only 2 were in divine form, the clothes were dirty, as if, or maybe not "as if", they were dumped on the ground and trampled. The white sheepskin coat was stuffed into a Lidl grocery bag.
Shoes were pulled out of their covers and stuffed into a mix with clothes and underwear, books were also lying among things.
The packaging of the boxes itself is all deformed, dirty and torn in places, 3 boxes were "repackaged", or rather things were piled inside, a man's dirty glove was found in one of the boxes....
The PStation game console was lying between clothes at the bottom of the box without any packaging, initially all electrical and household appliances were carefully packed, including with foam!
The cost was 1400€....in order for things to come in such a state, the company, or rather the logistician Elena, has not yet bothered to give "explanations" of such service and service to its customers, why personal items came in this form.
Why pack things, dishes, books and appliances if it doesn't matter?
Why does the company charge such an amount of money, and with 100% prepayment, if they are not responsible for the accuracy and careful attitude to the transportation of their clients' personal belongings?
On the positive side, Elena is a polite and pleasant manager and the fact that the cargo was taken from Cyprus to Moscow at a relatively loyal price.
From the negative:
1) After payment, the intensity of communication decreased sharply, I had to periodically remind myself.
2) The contract was filled out inattentively, apparently in a hurry – I corrected the name, address, passport.
3) When repacking after weighing, my belts and ropes, which I expected to receive along with the cargo, were lost. The cost of the loss is insignificant, but there is more of a fundamental point here – my questions about it in the chat were simply ignored.
4) We brought one extra item from someone else's cargo. They promised to find where she came from and pick her up, but no response was received for three weeks.
For the rest, I express my gratitude!
Is there an even worse company? The cargo was transported from Bulgaria to Kaliningrad from May 24 to September 8. Moreover, the suitcases were opened, not all the things, the box was opened, divided into two, someone else's junk was stuffed into one. Many things are missing. The payment for the delivery was 68000 rubles. Damn the company!!!
It works in principle, but valuables should not be sent with them. Assume that any item that you have given them may be damaged, lost, or sent to someone else.
I am very grateful to the staff and the employee of the company.

I do NOT recommend this company. The cargo was delivered from Montenegro to Spain. They broke BOTH computer desks - both countertops, crushed two boxes and bent the bike. It feels like they were driving across the border right on the tables, and not by car. I have no idea where such positive reviews come from.
I photographed all the damage and the unpacking process, sent it to the company - they didn't answer anything, then the manager changed, it turns out, then I waited three months for an answer and eventually jumped off it turns out?

A professional team. There were two shipments: one from Georgia via Russia to Europe, the second from Moscow to Europe. In both cases, there were tight deadlines and an informal approach was required. And as a result, both deliveries went well.
