In general, it is normal, but the location relative to the embankment and the "party" center is not very good. In the evening, after dinner, it's a little scary to go out on the streets near the hotel ... if you trust the network and are used to their level , divide the usual expectations into two and go ahead 😉

A wonderful hotel next to the tram line, very convenient to get around the city. Great breakfasts. Good staff. You can get to the airport via Casavoager

I wouldn't stop here a second time.
It's bad for five stars here.
The hotel is old, but I understand that.
But no one helped with the luggage at check-in, and neither did at check-out. At 8:30 in the morning, you wake up to the fact that there is a cleaner in the room. There are no bathrobes in the room. Slippers are one pair for two. The shampoo is very bad. In the bathroom, everything is arranged so that the entire floor is in water. In fact, there is no ventilation in the bathroom. There are smelly artificial flowers in the lobby of the hotel. There are staff at the reception who command the troops...
the windows in the rooms are small.
There is a pool on the roof, but it is small and the sunbeds are cleaned at 17:00
The coupon for a velcom drink (I am a golden participant in their program) says "any drink except vintage wines" in fact, the choice is simple: plain wine or beer. Well, it's better not to give at all than that.... It doesn't really increase loyalty...
Otherwise, the beds are comfortable, the room is not too small, the location is convenient
