The standard and superior rooms are small but quite comfortable. The room has regular cleaning, fresh bottled water.

The former sheraton is located on the European side of the bay in the historical sites of the aristocrats of the Ottoman Empire. A great conference room, stunning sunsets, a good location in the center but without noise makes it the perfect choice to come back again and again.

The location is pleasant in a green area, but however, there is a chance that your room will turn out to face a fairly busy road, the noise insulation here leaves much to be desired, however, this is a plus if it is important for you not to miss prayer time.

The rooms are not very cozy, but there is a kettle, which is convenient.

I stayed here only because my friend was on a business trip and it was convenient for her to get to work. while she was working, I walked around the city and, yes, it is far enough from all the sights, but there is a tram stop nearby that will take you anywhere without traffic jams.
The breakfasts are very monotonous, in my memory these are the saddest breakfasts in a 5* hotel.
the staff is friendly, on the first day they gave each a beautiful keychain. the room cleaning is perfect.
But I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would never have returned here myself.

A great chain hotel! Everything is at the level of the declared stardom. Good staff, excellent room service. The location is not very good, there is nothing nearby at all. To stop for 1-2 days, just relaxing is quite good.

Stayed for 5 days. What I liked - high-quality cleaning, friendly staff,good restaurant. What I didn't like was the location of the hotel. It is located on the outskirts of a fairly busy road. To reach any attractions either by taxi or by public transport. The room turned out to be quite tired, not what you would expect from a 5k. It is not indicated anywhere in the room, but everything that lies in the room on top of the mini-bar is also paid - nuts, chips, sweets, including tea. So be careful if you don't want to be "pleasantly" surprised by additional expenses during the eviction.

Nice hotel. Excellent service. The staff is friendly and friendly. The place is convenient, without crowds of people, but not far from the main tourist spots. We were at the hotel in September 2023, on the whole we were satisfied: friendly staff, well cleaned in the room, there are grocery stores and cafes near the hotel. The breakfasts are not bad, but if you come at 9 o'clock in the morning, many dishes are no longer there, they are not updated for some reason. In room 309, there was mold in the shower, and they save on bottles with shampoo and shower gel - they put us 1 for two. In general, the hotel is not bad.

A pleasant hotel with a great view of the Golden Horn Strait. Across the street there is a park embankment, a completely different Istanbul vibe.
Fresh rooms, clean. Excellent mattress, linen. We visited the sauna in the evening (separate zones M and W, with a shared sauna and hammam-everything is very compact, for 2-3 people).

I'm not thrilled, it's dark, the rooms are old, we were checked in from the clinic, the clinic chose this hotel itself. If I had checked in myself, I wouldn't have paid for this. The grid is good, but this particular place is really about nothing!

I really liked the hotel. Everything is fresh and clean. There is a powerful hairdryer and scales in the room. They asked for an iron. They brought it to us. There is a beautiful mosque and an observation deck nearby. I really liked the breakfasts. Recommend

In general, it's not bad if the area suits you. There is really nothing around the hotel, to go or go to the nearest civilization. Stayed for 1 night before departure. There is a direct bus from the hotel to the metro to the airport.
The rooms facing the Golden Horn are somewhat noisy. The breakfast is decent, but not cheap.
