The hotel is gorgeous, as it turned out, we arrived on the opening day of the 2025 season, we were warmly welcomed, immediately invited to have breakfast, Sevda from guestrelation told us a little about the hotel, wished us a pleasant stay, treated us warmly, felt like VIP guests and so treated all the staff throughout the rest, a lot of attention and care!
Special thanks to the SPA manager Galina, who brought us up to date with the services,offered us exactly what we needed, initially Iko told us about the massage-a very pleasant, responsive and kind man, thanks a lot to the masseur Aslan,wonderful massage,it is clear that he is really a specialist with a capital letter, feels the whole body and makes accents,where necessary!
An amazing surprise awaited us on our birthday, champagne, fruit, cake and dried fruits were placed in the room!
We were 200% satisfied with the rest %
It's incredibly stylish, delicious, beautiful, and soulful!Thank you all very much!

Territory... it is difficult to describe in words, you need to visit, say that you really liked it, not to say anything. We are all delighted with the sea, the well-groomed territory, the abundance of greenery, the cleanliness of the pools, and the beautiful wide beach line!
It's for all of this that I'm betting 5*.
I really hope that this year the hotel management will hire normal staff in a timely manner, who will not steal from the rooms, clean well and replenish bathroom accessories without reminders. I would also like to mention the nutritional situation, it wasn't bad, no one was hungry, but it should be better.

They thought that we would only post reviews under the diva. And they will be able to deceive people further! Do not come to this hotel in any case!
My dear ones! Do not come to this hotel in any case. It's just terrible. It doesn't make sense to ignore the huge number of negative reviews.
Service is a unit! The Kazakhs working at this hotel will hate you initially. Just believe me - you will come on vacation and hate will meet you at the reception!
The staff just got lazy. They don't want to do anything.
The rooms are made of good materials, but it's terrible - there are flaws everywhere, something is not finished everywhere.
The food is disgusting. They feed better in threes. And no matter who you turn to, no one will help. No one cares that you have nothing to eat. And the hotel is located on the outskirts - there will be nowhere to eat.
The area is beautiful, but dirty.
Don't waste money on such a vacation. The hotel is just terrible!
