I have been staying at this hotel for the second day. I paid a lot of money! I would never advise anyone to come here. The hotel is beautiful, but this is its only advantage. Service-0. On the beach or by the pool, they pass by in a restaurant and there is not even an opportunity to give money. In the restaurant, you won't believe it, there are no salt shakers on the tables! In the evening and at lunch, any drink: water, juice, beer or wine must be ordered, and the waiters run by. And if suddenly they said OK, then it doesn't mean anything at all. The attitude towards the guests is bad. Maybe it was good before, now it's bad. Any hotel, but not this one.
The hotel is beautiful, large with good grounds and swimming pools.
The rooms are clean, cleaned well
The beach is dirty, poorly monitored, steers, bottle caps... in the last two days there was a lot of algae from the sea, nicotine was removed, I had to go to the beach of a nearby hotel.
The service is 2/5, you always have to wait for everything, say 3-5 times to bring it
The food is delicious, I did not get tired in 9 days, but in the morning to pour coffee or tea is a whole epic, additional points and coffee machines are needed, they could not cope with the load
In the evening there is no program for adults or children, a couple of times there was live music for an hour
Before leaving, they billed for the mini-tower, yes, they gave the money, while pointing out that there was no price list in the room (the mini-tower consisted of 2 bottles of water and 3 cans of fanta), as if it was all free at the bar, while at the reception they said that we were right and should not paysince there is no price list, but since the money has already been given, we will not give it back!
In general, a lot, BUT this is my first and last visit to at least this hotel, and maybe to the country
Rested 02.09-12.09.2023
Probably the best resort in Sousse.
A decent area for these places, a large freshwater pool and a smaller one with sea water.
A nice stretch of beach with security guards who regularly chase away the locals.
The food is without frills, usual for all-inclusive systems.
For non-active recreation.
The hotel is large and beautiful.
There are a lot of disadvantages!
1. There are a lot of locals and they are available for employees, and tourists vacationing on an all-inclusive basis on the 2nd or 3rd place.
2. On the beach and by the pool, employees occupy sun beds (put towels or some things there, as if someone had taken them) and these sun beds are given to local residents.
3. The food is monotonous, the taste is average.
There's always something missing… sometimes there is no soft bread, then there is no Kohl for lunch. Orange juice is given only for breakfast.
Everything seems to be included, but a lot of things are said not to be.
4. If you get to the time from 17:00 to 18:30, then you either buy food or wait for 18:30. Because at this time you can not eat anywhere for free.
5. 98% of employees do not know Russian
6. Very poor service, even if you tip. Sometimes there are good guys, but this is rare.
7. For hookah lovers! Here the hookah is disgusting and it costs 700₽+-
8. A very boring hotel! No entertainment, no animation, a lot of locals and kids who scream.
important! There is a curfew in the country and it is forbidden to walk after 20:00, it is also forbidden to leave the city on your own.
Nice staff, beautiful hotel.
But there is a very meager all-inclusive bar, for example, you can only order mojitos on the beach, everything else is for a fee. And not particularly tasty food, although its choice is great, all pastries have the same taste of sugar substitute and margarine.
We are currently resting at this hotel. The hotel is very beautiful, but tourists from Russia are NOT EXPECTED in It! only locals are welcome here . Those who rest on the all-inclusive system simply do not notice. They serve only local people who pay for it . If you come to the pool and there are no free sun beds , there are none . If the locals are suitable, they are being searched for. They can tell us there are no clean towels, they bring them to the locals. There is no ice in the drinks for us, there is for the locals. For us, the bartender in the bar, which is for the all-inclusive system, can wait an hour and pour into a small glass, the waiters go for them themselves. The waiters do not fit in the restaurant , if you call yourself, you will wait a very long time and not the fact that you will wait . They also do not bring appliances and often do not bring a glass for the child ... they see that there are three of us, but forks and wine glasses bring only 2 and often do not return yet. There are almost no napkins in the restaurant , they took handkerchiefs and wet wipes well with them . The food is average . There are very few fruits . Seafood for a week was given 1 time 3 shrimps per plate . In the bar at the reception , all-inclusive guests are not noticed if you take out the money and they come up with lightning speed . This is the first hotel where the contrast is SO visible. The rooms are very small. They 're just tiny . The three of us are relaxing with the child, they just laid out a couch in his room, tin, but there is nowhere to go. The refrigerator is almost not cold by the way . The only plus is a very good housekeeping service. But nothing is reported to the mini-bar , only water . There is no animation or music in the hotel at all. Question to the hotel management: if you do not want tourists from Russia to come to you, why are you selling accommodation in your hotel?
A chic hotel in this city of Sousse , really 5 stars the hotel itself , everything is beautiful , cleaned very often and very clean , a saltwater pool , bars , restaurants, fitness there is almost everything , but I really did not like the rooms 4 **** the ladies look very old, worn out, there is NO animation, and they give great preference vacationing Tunisians, there is nothing to do in the city, only dirt and garbage and dealers who have just been selling shnyaga, and were also surprised that they introduced a tourist tax of 21 dinars per person, as well as food for slaughter and waiters are just asking for tips, which was very annoying)))
We rest at the hotel from 23.09 to 01.10 , the attitude of the staff everywhere is as if you are not from the word at all , any order at the bar for at least 20 minutes , we changed the room for the 3rd day happened , in general , categorically I do not advise
Everything that was written about the priority of the local (especially on weekends, you do not exist on Sat and VSK) not particularly clean dishes, boredom, etc., everything is relevant. There's not much to do outside the hotel. If you even like me want to just lie around and do nothing, then you can probably find more interesting places.
Tipping room cleaners automatically shifts your room to the first for cleaning, which is convenient when you come after a morning tan and everything is already clean.
An excellent hotel, the territory is not large, but the sandy beach is magnificent and very long, the pools are excellent, the food is varied and delicious, the gym is small, but the view from it expands very much, there are enough exercise equipment. A great hotel for a relaxing holiday, there are no evening parties
Perhaps I'll start with . There were two of us, me and my girlfriend, we rested for only a week : (We have travel experience, we have been to many places and seen a lot, we are in Tunisia for the 2nd time. We have identified both the positive and negative sides of this hotel.
And so essentially first about the pros:
+ High-level service. The hotel staff, starting from the reception, as well as waiters, beach workers, security, maids, all of them smoothly and quickly perform their duties. I was pleased that many people understand and some speak Russian fluently. If you do not know English, you will not find yourself in a dead end situation. My advice to you is to find a Jawhar receptionist first of all - he will help solve the issue both inside and outside the hotel. He was our good friend throughout the whole holiday :)
+ Excellent beach and clear sea. The beach is guarded and separated from the public area, which protects it from annoying merchants and incomprehensible persons. The sand is fine, clean, the beach is cleaned. During our vacation, there were days when the sea brought some algae, but it did not bother us at all. There are waiters on the beach who can bring you cocktails, water, etc. The sun beds are comfortable and free, beach towels are always available, we came at different times and there were never any problems with towels and sun beds. The entrance to the sea is flat, the bathing area is fenced with buoys.
+ The infrastructure of the hotel is gorgeous. A large and spacious lobby, a spacious veranda with live music for evening gatherings, 3 outdoor pools, a children's pool, a saltwater pool and a Jacuzzi and a huge freshwater pool and also a Jacuzzi. The extensive green area of the hotel, surrounded by palm trees, lawn, flowers. A cool spa center, a fitness club,3 A la Carte restaurants, a large main restaurant, a 24-hour bar and a snack bar on the beach. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail.
+ Delicious varied food in the main restaurant, there are no queues, if any of the dishes ends, then everything is replenished promptly. Yes, sometimes we had to wait for the waiters (no more than 5 minutes), but this is normal, the hotel is 98% loaded, there was never a time that we were not served. The food is all delicious, the menu is varied, there is meat and fish and grilled vegetables, grilled fish is generally a "dump of the head" :), a variety of side dishes, soups, pasta, meat and cheese cuts, salads, delicious pastries, fruits, ice cream, Tunisian national dishes and crabs were also presented in Fish day (Saturday) :) According to the all-inclusive system, we were supposed to visit 3 A la Carte restaurants once, most of all we liked the grill restaurant, which is on the beach under a white roof. I advise you to try rose wine, it is not offered to anyone, but you will definitely ask :) Also, if you thank the waiters at the bar, you will be served snacks that are not included in the all-inclusive program.
+ The rooms are bright and spacious, free safe, excellent bathroom, everything is in good condition. The room was cleaned daily and well, especially impressed by the preparation of the room for bedtime and the pillow menu :) For this, I left a tip every day. I was pleased with the presence of two buttons "Do not disturb" and "Please get out", everything worked clearly.
+ I liked the spa center. After the visit, we were delighted, especially with the massage, we took steam programs.
+ Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
+ Europeans, adequate locals are resting at the hotel, Tagil was not noticed :) There is no animation, which is very cool!
Now about the cons:
- If you are a non-smoker, then keep in mind that smoking is almost everywhere in the hotel.
- Boats are constantly cruising near the beach, which sometimes brings the smell of gasoline to the beach.
- We got a room with a view of the city, there is a club in the city, the music from which can be heard until the morning. Tip- take earplugs or buy a sea view right away :)
- We, a loving couple, were provided with two separate beds that were just standing next to each other, you know it's not convenient :)
- Anex tour representatives work at the hotel. In general, there are no complaints about them, but there was one negative moment. Representatives informed us that there are free transfers to 3 stores. One evening, we asked the representative how we could get to the port to take a walk. We were offered a free transfer to a leather goods store, where we could look at something and safely get to the port in the same car, since the driver would be waiting for us. In fact, it's not like that! They really took us to the store, we didn't buy anything there and then couldn't leave for 30 minutes because our driver was missing! We listened to complaints from the store employees that they were not taxi drivers to take us, in the end they somehow agreed to take us to the port, there was no way to take a taxi, because the store is located, as we understood, on the outskirts of the city and it was already dark. It turns out that the transfer to the store is a paid service of the stores themselves, and the task of the representatives of the travel company is to let traffic there.
We were traveling to Tunisia and we were aware that we were going to an African 5* hotel, we did not build sky-high expectations. In fact, the hotel left only positive impressions and memories, the pros cover all the cons.
And yet, we did not spare tips to thank people for their good work and received even greater returns and even better service in return))
A chic hotel, excellent sea view when booking the appropriate rooms (the rooms are different: city view, sea view, and from the end of the hotel).
The power supply is 5+.
The pools are great.
There are many bars where you can always get snacks and drinks on an all-inclusive basis.
I liked everything!
We stayed at this hotel in early May 2019. We really liked it, there is something to compare it with. Excellent hotel, excellent service, friendly staff. The hotel is very clean and smells nice. The food is very diverse. There are always fresh juices for breakfast. The location is good. There is a heated saltwater pool. We would have returned to this hotel.
I love this hotel, the high level. The interior, the kitchen, the SPA - everything is beyond praise. I was here with my son in 2019 in May. The weather wasn't great, but the hotel saved everything. And there are minor flaws everywhere. I would like to come back again.
The hotel is a little old, the air conditioner in my room did not work, they moved to a room with a view of the city, the air conditioner broke down after 2 days. It's impossible to sleep with the windows open, the locals are yelling and honking all night. The food is good, the beer is delicious and moreover the normal glasses are 0.5. If we talk about the city, then everywhere there is a terrible stench, garbage is everywhere, the flavors are just tin.
Great hotel! I had a rest in June 2019. Cleanliness! Excellent varied cuisine, drinks, pastries! The most beautiful pools and an excellent beach! I recommend it for a relaxing wellness holiday!
Great hotel. Great location. One disadvantage is the staff, namely, employees of restaurants, bars and reception. Absolutely all employees of the catering industry are very lazy, slow and disdainful of guests (at least that was the attitude towards us). An employee checked us in at the reception looking as if we had stolen something from her, while the rest of the reception staff were quite friendly. Overall, the impression of the hotel was pleasant, and the staff was disappointed.
Everything is very cool, the food is good, the rooms are clean (they clean in a timely manner, replenish everything you need), Wi-Fi catches even near the sea))) the staff is friendly, the guides are awesome (they will always tell you what and how)
A chic hotel- everything is beautiful on the territory. It is well located.an excellent saltwater pool and a well-guarded beach with white sand and comfortable sun loungers. There are several types of emergency situations in the restaurant. fish.Free fresh juices are available for children. And the awesome chocolate hour is something!!!
A great hotel - the whole service was just great! Varied and delicious food, friendly and unsophisticated staff, organization of beach holidays - everything is on top.
Friendly staff, excellent SPA. If you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of a big city, I highly recommend it, especially in May, while there are still not many people.
The hotel itself is beautiful, the best in Sousse! There are a lot of maintenance staff who do not pick their noses, but are constantly busy with business. The pool is clean and not deep, there is a saltwater pool. The beach is sometimes cleaned, but not as often as we would like. Someone's forgotten gasket can float for a couple of days. The food is always fresh, but not tasty, and even bland, I would like local food with spices, etc. But as everywhere else, at such resorts, on the fourth or fifth day everything gets boring, salvation is only in wine, which for a couple of dinars you will be poured indefinitely, and after that you will be greeted and waited for like a native. But in the morning, the juices are awesome, and there is always a delicious melon with sliced watermelons! In short, we liked it here! I recommend.
A world-class presidential hotel, everything is very cool and beautiful and of high quality, the only thing is that parties and night discos are not provided here!
With pleasure, I visited the city of Sousse in Tunisia, saw the sights of ancient cities.A large selection of excursions. You can also get spa treatments at decent prices.
The hotel is beautiful, but that's where its charm ends. The room was given with a view of the city's night disco, although they asked for a quiet one, since we were with a child. We were ignored. You will not wait for the staff in the dining room, but they will set a table for you and bring everything for a tip. The wooden deck on the beach has fallen apart, but no one is going to fix it. The sun beds are booked by the staff themselves, then they will be offered to you for a tip. That's the kind of unobtrusive service you get.
It does not correspond to the level at all, the rooms are old, although not completely killed , well, the principle of hiking a pen in such a hotel is simply infuriating, the case when the country does not reach the standard of the hotel.
You need to relax and have fun. For Tunisia, this is a Mega hotel. But again, for Tunisia.
No need to wait here for service and cleanliness like Rixos or Marriott.
This is Africa with its own mentality))))
A cool hotel (building), a cool territory, there is nothing cool in it anymore, just like in this country -Tunisia, this is the first and hopefully the last visit to this country, live in your own garbage, with unwashed plates, with dirty fruits and vegetables, with rooms that are not cleaned, with dirty and smelly streets, with morons drivers on the streets, there are probably a lot of huge abandoned hotels, because no one is coming to you anymore, the city of Sousse is a dirty dumpster, there is nothing to do, Medina? Yes, in Russia, almost in every city, there is a Kremlin and a cleaner one, a taxi driver who did not want to give change, yes, choke, I will not become poorer, and you will not become richer, but you are p...dor, those who are still going to go to this hotel with children, think well, this is the first vacation, where all three of us were poisoned on the second day of our stay, to the toilet in line, and the little one also had a fever, and he didn't go to this country for that, instead of the sea and the sun, he got a toilet and a bed for the whole vacation, I don't understand those who return to Tunisia for the second and third time, you deserve the best
The hotel is big, there are a lot of people, rooms are offered with "a beautiful view of the local landfill," but a small amount "forgotten in the passport upon check-in" solved the problem. There are a lot of eaters in the dining room, you can find a table, but not cleaned, appliances and glasses can be used by rubbing with a napkin, turning their backs to you
We had a vacation with my wife in July 2018. The hotel looks prestigious from the outside and inside - everything is the same as in the photos on the websites, but in my opinion these are all its advantages. We were unlucky from the first day - a sandstorm started on the way from the airport and due to the fact that there is a lot of garbage around in the country, some of it settled in the sea. Plus, there was a weak storm and jellyfish joined the pile of floating debris and algae (these are not transparent and harmless like in the black sea, they sting noticeably). Now about the hotel. On the first evening, upon check-in, we encountered a dirty toilet, but since we were tired, we went to dinner and did not find out anything, and as it turned out in vain.
Further, the service in the restaurant - the drinks counter is only at breakfast, the rest of the time it is the care of the waiters. It all starts with finding an unoccupied table - you can contact the staff with this. If there are no tables that are free and do not require cleaning, they always lead to where there is less work for them. He plants, collects dirty appliances and often forgets to bring clean ones. The same situation applies to ordering drinks. A free waiter who wants to serve you cannot be found with a glance - they simply do not pay attention. It's easier to walk to any of them yourself and place an order, but even here everything is not rosy - they either completely forget about the order, or bring it at the end of the meal.
Now about the beach area. The hotel, in terms of the number of rooms, accommodates many more people than it can accommodate on its beach, so it's better to get up a little earlier, have breakfast and go take sun beds. With regard to beach towels, according to the staff, they can be changed no more than once a day, but this does not mean at all that you will be able to do this, because you have seen how workers and security on the beach earn money on them, unofficially. The coastal area is about 5 meters, it is also a public area. On the territory of our beach, security allowed strangers to enter for cash, and the staff looked for a chaise longue for them and laid our beach towels for them.
It's not so wonderful at the beach bar either. Bartenders are not friendly from the word at all, but this is not so important. Dishes, in particular glasses, are very often dirty and scratched (plastic for safety reasons). The waiters' clothes are dirty and partially torn. Again, for money, drinks were served to outsiders.
I can describe all the nuances for a long time, but a lot has been said. As a result, our patience ran out and we went and wrote a huge complaint in all respects, to which the girl from the reception replied that the hotel administration knew all about the above and did not find anything better than to offer us room cleaning
The hotel deserves 3*, although the beach is nearby, but it is poorly cleaned, the sea is shallow, dirty, a basin with sea water is more like a pool with urine, with an appropriate smell, a pool with fresh water is slightly better, the concept is all covered, relatively, because there is not much choice, only one bar in the bar works normally the hotel itself, the biggest plus, is the general restaurant, they cook conscientiously, the products are fresh, they did not notice the repeated distribution of products, the choice of dishes is large.
A great hotel, minus the service staff in the restaurant where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner, the request to clean the table caused them horror and long lamentations, they tried to put spoons and forks already used by someone on the table,
It really spoiled the overall impression.
Great hotel. We stopped the second time and didn't regret a bit. If you need a quiet hotel and excellent spa treatments, then this is exactly for you. There are no noisy companies and no animation))
The hotel is designed for guests from the street, the conditions for the guests are very bad for such money. They love the locals, there are no guests.
The condition of the beach is 2.
The impressions of the holiday are the most terrible. There were cockroaches in the room, gray bed linen and towels (instead of once white) in holes and stains, the floors were "washed" once in 11 days (while the tips left do not affect anything), the room is dirty, the floor is "tumbleweed" with lumps and clumps of hair of different people, dirty plates and utensils, the beach in leftovers / wrappers / algae...
I wouldn't give 5 stars. The food is not varied and not to say that it is delicious. There's trouble with room cleaning. They clean only if you leave a tip, otherwise they will make the beds without changing the linen, and put shampoos. There is no entertainment for either children or adults. The on-site restaurants are a huge disappointment. The food is disgusting and the service is even worse. I do not recommend it for a family holiday.

The hotel is tired, but in principle, if it were not for the "locals" who came to the pool, it would be better and cleaner, and maybe even there would be enough sun beds for those staying at the hotel. The staff working is just creepy, the attitude towards Russians is the worst I've ever seen!!! Never set foot in Tunisia again!
