the best hotel i have ever been. really nice staff, good breakfasts, comfy rooms

I don't want to talk about pillows, blankets, cleanliness, creativity of the interior ... everything is perfect here!!! I thank the hotel staff for their attitude and attention. The location is gorgeous, 5 minutes walk to Rustaveli, 15 minutes walk to Sameba Church) there is an atmospheric restaurant nearby. I will charmingly return to Moxy Tbilisi 💌

The hotel is for parents with children and for teenagers.
Cons:
- there is no mini-bar in the room;
- there is no room service;
- there is no restaurant in the hotel (there is a minimum set of snacks at the bar) ;
- there is no normal desk, just a tiny glass shelf for the TV remote control, keys and passport...
- there is no room for luggage, especially if there are two people in the room. A folding suitcase stands behind the door - but if you put a suitcase on it, the door will not open completely.
- no dressing gowns;
- no cotton pads or ear sticks.
- there is no heating in the rooms (air conditioning is offered in winter);
- there are few hangers (hangers).;
- there is no iron and ironing board in the room;
- there are constantly not enough plates or appliances at breakfast;
- there is no dedicated restaurant area. Reception, bar, board games for children - all in a single open space.
- there is no dedicated reception desk - check-in and check-out... at the bar;
- instead of welcome cards for VIP guests, they paint a bedside table, a mirror by the hanger and a mirror in the bathroom with stupid slogans with distorted names. To the question "what the hell? " the staff responds that they have such standards/protocols,
Positive:
- new clean rooms;
- there is a hair dryer, paper face wipes, hygiene bags for ladies;
- the safe is large, accommodates a 16" laptop;
- high-quality bed linen;
- there are slippers;
- blackout curtains, with "Velcro" on the walls (the light does not break through) ;
- windows can be opened;
- the rooms have a kettle, cups, tea and coffee bags, sugar;
- there is an ironing room on each floor;
- delicious breakfast - a large selection, high-quality products.
- vending machines with drinks and snacks are located near the bar.
result: if you are traveling with children 5-17, or if you are 18-19, then you are here. If you 50+, 60+, 70+, 80+ - then in Tbilisi there is an excellent Marriott on Rustaveli Avenue, and Courtyard by Marriott on Freedom Square (but it's noisy and exhaust from transport)
