Before the big weekend, I sent my son to get his neck. When selling meat on Mayakovsky Street, the seller, despite the fact that she saw that the meat was not like that, sold her son 8 kg of this meat. When the meat was already rubbery when cutting, I hadn't noticed it yet. After filling up and cooking the kebabs the next day, we couldn't eat it, it was really rubbery. Upset, after a couple of days, we arrived in the city and I asked the store what kind of meat I bought from you. I was told to contact the meat processing plant directly. After spending my time, I spent half a day looking for contacts to find out what kind of meat was sold to me. I got through to the deputy director of supply, who was rude to me in the truest sense, and to put it mildly, laughing into the phone, she dropped it. I was shocked by this conversation. I started looking for the CEO's contact. Found. After talking to me, they handed over a piece of meat to the store , although it was half as small in kg and completely irrelevant. But I asked if there was meat that I was unhappy with, to return it. To understand for yourself what kind of meat it was. I brought it to the store. A week later, I called the general director again to find out what kind of meat it was.... No one started talking to me this time and they hung up the phone the same way. And it was the general director of the meat processing plant!!!! That's the kind of attitude we consumers get from managers, what should we expect from ordinary sellers who tell me to my face that they don't understand anything about meat while working in a butcher shop.
The store is small, but the products are cool. Deliveries are not large, you don't always get to what you need, they sort it out. They stopped carrying white lard, it's a shame.
