Excellent car wash. I am a regular customer. It is very conveniently located in the underground parking of the shopping center. There is a place to go during the car wash, although you can wait on the spot.
You can also wait until the car is completely dry in the parking lot, which is very convenient in winter.
The specialists work in good faith, there were no complaints. Discount when ordering online.

Salt from the roads is smeared on the thresholds. On the driver's side, the plastic lining is not washed, let's say I sat down like a hippopotamus. But there was no one from the passenger side, and the same thing. The mats are laid wet, 40 minutes on the way with a stove on your feet, and you can see in the photo that they haven't even dried out.... Convenient, of course, when visiting a store, provided that you have signed up in advance. The quality is the price, they don't match at all. I used to do it on another network earlier. It's 10 rubles cheaper, but the quality is better. The car wash did not meet expectations. And it's not very convenient to check on the spot, taking into account the lighting in the parking lot. I'm unlikely to use it again

The price tag is like that of expensive sinks, the quality is like that of low-grade ones.
I ordered a complex for 35 rubles for a 3-phase sink with blackening, drying, mats, openings.
- The car was washed (hopefully 3 phases and hopefully Koch)
- I counted 4 missed places with a sponge (mostly at the bottom, I don't say anything about the passage with a brush, this is another level)
- There is no blackening of the rubber in principle (I didn't see it right away, since the wheels were still wet). By the way, this is the most insulting thing, then why point it out.
- I only asked to wash the driver's mat, the rest were clean, but still I only got the sand shaken out of the cleaning...(pile mats)
- Drying, of course, kindergarten. Neither the turbocharger nor the air clearly passed. Drops flew out of all the cracks at a low speed even.
Of the advantages, convenient online recording, location, and in general, the cleaner was pleasant.
And there are two options, either go down the price tag or raise the quality.
It's a shame, I thought I could find a decent car wash in the area.

Once there was an excellent, customer-oriented car wash. Now you are ordering the Nano standard complex (three-phase washing), which should include drying, wax, contactless washing, hand washing with shampoo. Contactless washing is not performed, air drying is not done, it is wiped just as. Water flows from the mirrors, the hatch of the gas tank. Apparently, this is the norm for this sink now. Sorry.

I have been a driver for more than 15 years, I have not seen such a car wash yet!
In the cold of -10 °, they gave the car all wet, in places streaked, puddles in the mats. The bumper is not washed at all, it is stained.
Summary: inattentive and inexperienced + not customer-oriented.
