A nice but not luxury hotel in Torbay.
The territory is very beautiful, green, strewn with flowers, the pool area, mini garden and beach are excellent! Very clean, cozy and stylish.
The staff is polite but slow, speak English poorly, and are often confused.
The rooms are not exactly like an upgraded class, there is dirt in places, spacious, but ordinary, nothing special. It happens that upon arrival overbooking and guests are accommodated for one night in an old room near the reception, for this only verbal apologies and no compliment from the hotel, it is not beautiful.
The food in the main restaurant is varied, buffet breakfast, dinner if included, 3 dishes to choose from served on the pier by the sea.
For children, there is an excellent entrance to the sea and a super pool, the beach is cozy with sand and pebbles, there are always free sun beds.
Constant music can be annoying, starting from breakfast and until the end of the evening.
There are many restaurants in the bag, but there are almost no places for a walk. Convenient location of two supermarkets nearby.
I recommend it for a couple or a family, but not for more than 4-5 days.
With external attractiveness and imaginary customer orientation, you will be credited with an extra check in every order in the restaurant. And even if you pay all the bills at once, you can easily get a left bill when you leave, you will not be able to prove anything.
Some of the hotel rooms (like 8) are located next to the sewage pump, which makes a lot of noise and stinks terribly in calm weather. Someone is "lucky" to live in them...
the hotel lures stray dogs who sleep on deck chairs and steal vacationers' belongings like monkeys in Asia. Dogs regularly fight with each other, and can bite people (this actually happens right on the hotel grounds). The staff pretends that nothing is happening and claims that dogs attract tourists - this is a good advertisement.
In general, if any problem occurs, the staff stops understanding English, and those who are particularly dissatisfied are offered to shut up, otherwise they threaten to evict from the hotel. I have witnessed such a situation myself.
In general, the place is normal, but you can feel the bestial attitude of the hotel owners towards both tourists and staff. Bodrum is not all like that, it's better to choose another place.
A bad hotel
Very old room stock:
The rooms are shabby, the entire right side of the hotel overlooks the fence, there is a smell of sewage.
Staff:
He does not speak English, does not solve any questions.
It is impossible to change the number.
Keep an eye on the receipts!
Three times we were credited with something that we did not order!
The checks are all in Turkish.
The territory
is small, but well maintained.
The pool is cold and the dogs of the hotel drink from it (they do not look well-groomed and look like strays), the size of calves.
Dogs behave aggressively. We tried to drive the dog off the chaise longue, on which he lay down while we were swimming, she rushed.
The staff does not pay attention to this, to the request to drive the dogs away, the answer was: "everyone likes dogs.
" Food:
Delicious, high quality.
But after 4 days, the monotony gets boring.
A very negative experience.
Ruined the rest.
