An excellent provider. Very friendly girls in the call center. The Internet and TV were quickly connected. We have been using it for about a month, during this time there were no problems with either the speed of the Internet or the quality of the television picture. Thanks to Morse!
The provider is cool, you can immediately see that it is customer-oriented. There is a queue for connection, i.e. they do not connect day-to-day. We got a call three days later, connected on the fourth. The Internet is good, the speed is sufficient, all questions are answered by the contact phone. I'm happy so far.
We have been using it for a year, we decided to change the package to an extended one, I left a request on the 3rd, promised 5-6 to come and do it, as a result, we were put in line already on the 10th. So to speak, they appreciate regular customers...
a very big disappointment in the Morse network. firstly, in technical support. all my questions about the Internet are answered that everything works very well for me. they suggest restarting the router (router) and everything will magically work. on the FAMILY + tariff, there was no speed either. they said my equipment was not working, although I bought this equipment from them in the office (MERCUSYS router). I have not heard an adequate answer to my questions. therefore, I'm going to disconnect from this network and do not advise other users.
The speed is the same as throughout the country, but the service is excellent, the routers are all good, not like some from 2007 (I think everyone understood about whom), but new, if the TV is new, then no set-top boxes do not need one remote control, I really like it. Terrible service. The Internet is constantly disappearing, I call the morse and do you know what they answer me for the 10th time? Unplug the router from the wall outlet for a minute, then turn it on. That's it. So while I'm watching a movie, do I have to do it every 10 minutes? Morse doesn't care about one place why this happens, they didn't even try to find the reason. Just turn off the router and turn it on, and don't forget to pay for the Internet.
The provider is good, but the price has increased and "repair work" has become more frequent, which well, happens at the wrong time. The discomfort is wild.
