Good afternoon! We once went to the beautiful city of Mozyr, an interesting town is not big, but there is a place to walk, an embankment, a park, not bad cafes nearby, also on the mountain not far from the embankment the local landmark "Mozyr Castle" ,entrance is paid, but the price is symbolic, in general the city of Mozyr is worth a visit, we were here at the end of November, and despite the weather, there was a place to walk, I think that during the warm period in Mozyr it will be even more interesting. Thanks to everyone who was interested in my review!
An interesting place to stop by for a weekend walk. There is a great view of the square from the towers. I was very impressed by the wildlife museum, which was included in the price of the walk. The prices are pleasant.
The castle is very beautiful and there is a lot to see. Of the disadvantages of the cost. It bites. I advise everyone to visit, see, and learn the history of the city of Mozyr.
Beautiful photos from above of the city, Lenin and the Pripyat River, if you do not visit the museum itself, you can enter for free. That was the case a couple of years ago, but I won't say for sure now. Nearby is St. Michael's Cathedral and a park that stretches along the river.
It's a beautiful place. It's great that the locals keep their history. Everything is saturated with Belarusian flavor. The castle is located on a mountain, from above there is a very beautiful view of the city, the Pripyat River
It's a good exposition. Excursions are 15 bun, which is expensive for such a short time (it would be better if there was also an excursion to the local history museum on the same territory for this price). In general, if you haven't been, it's worth visiting at least once
I accidentally got to the city of Mozyr and left only pleasant memories of this city as a whole. Of particular interest were the wooden towers visible from the trees on the mountain. After a short climb, I found myself at the entrance to the castle! The nice and friendly staff greeted me and after telling me some historical facts, I went on an excursion)
The castle is interesting, some of the historical places and details of the castle are beautifully recreated! On the observation deck there is a magnificent view of the square and the Pripyat River! There is a museum on the territory of the castle, where the fauna of the local places, historical finds, reconstructions of ancient settlements are presented! The inside is clean and tidy! I really liked it! I advise everyone!
A wonderful place, well-groomed territory, a very beautiful wooden building. I also liked the local history museum on the territory very much. Both adults and children were satisfied
Of course, it is difficult to call this museum a castle, rather an ecoterritorium, only without livestock, although there are many non-living animals in the wooden towers and in the museum building - stuffed animals. There was a fortress at this place, but nothing remains of it. The modern look is not thick-walled wooden logs from which towers and walls are built. You can climb up two towers - ring the bell or sit down at the manor table. There is an observation deck, there is a beautiful view of the central square and partly of the Pripyat River. The museum is not large, 2 floors, there are expositions dedicated to the nature of the area, ancient excavations, and the war in Afghanistan. It will be interesting for children
If you briefly describe the place, then nothing is clear, and it is not very interesting. Paid entrance to the territory, where there are several wooden and stone buildings in different styles…
It's wonderful that we have such a place in our city.
I think the team is at the beginning of its creative path, but it needs to develop.
It's a pity that the cafe was closed. Very sorry.
For this reason, and because of the 'light' stagnation....That's 4 points.
And those in advance.
I wish the team more new ideas.
We were with my wife and child in June, when the roses were blooming. We walked up to the castle and around the territory, took pictures on the observation deck.
I understand that it's nothing special, but this is a simple cozy place, next to the embankment and Victory Park.
We really liked the walk format!
Cool place.
Bored without a guide,
You can make a wish
And to beat the bell, it is better to turn around in a circle with all your might, then you will get to achieve the sound of the bell, a lot of arid animals.
Entrance is paid- the entrance fee includes a visit to the museum, divided into two parts: one is historical, and the other is associated with animals from the Red Book.
Great memories and impressions.
A very interesting and original place. There are towers, an observation deck, a museum of local lore, and even... chess. The only embarrassing thing is that the mountain is named "Communards", it was possible to choose a more appropriate name. In general, I advise everyone interested to visit this place.
At the entrance to the castle, you buy a ticket for 4.5 rubles. It includes an inspection of the castle itself and the museum.
The view on the observation deck of the castle is gorgeous 👍
It is a very sad impression, there are few interesting exhibits, the museum is completely unimpressed, at least cleanly. There is no infrastructure, there is not even an opportunity to buy some kind of souvenir. Although the place itself is very beautiful, there is an observation deck. Wooden swords and cardboard coats of arms make a funny impression, more like a movie set with cheap decorations. But if you plan to visit all the castles of the Republic of Belarus, you will not get rid of visiting this place. There is a lack of funding, although the tickets are very cheap, on the other hand, there is nothing to pay for

It's a great place, although it's new. Everything is compact, there is an interesting museum on the territory. The territory is landscaped. The observation deck offers a beautiful view of the river and the city. Parking is only at the bottom. It is required to visit.
A very small and interesting museum! Just what you need! Not tedious and drawn out! And very thoughtful and all to the point! It is very useful to walk and see with your family!
The historical center of the city of Mozyr, a wooden replica of the ancient city created from ancient manuscripts. Towers, walls, loopholes, church, museum. The entrance ticket is not expensive.
We had a great rest with the children, the staff is responsive, the museum is not big, but the fire!!! I liked everything! We also recommend visiting the towers!!! We recommend it to our whole family, everyone was very satisfied!!!
It was not possible to evaluate the advantages of the eco-park, since bank cards are not accepted for payment, and the extreme inhospitality of the staff does not contribute to the desire to go to withdraw cash, to put it mildly.
An interesting place. There is something to see and take pictures of. They said if you ring the bell, you can make a wish. But it was not possible to call.
One of the few sights of Mozyr that can be shown to foreign friends!!! A beautiful landscape of watchtowers, a great place for a photo shoot. I advise everyone to bring their friends, family and children.
It would be nice if there was an opportunity to drink fragrant coffee on the territory.
The wooden layout of the castle, of course, leaves much to be desired, (the executive committee is striking in its breadth of scope)) however, the children are interested, the museum is not bad, the staff is friendly and competent, there is a beautiful view from the castle hill.
I liked the castle. It's atmospheric, despite the fact that this is a reconstruction. It wasn't the first time they found the entrance to the complex. The museum is small, but there are many interesting exhibits
The main problem is that there is no cashless payment, so it didn't work out much.
From what we managed to see - an attempt to restore a wooden fortress - in my opinion, it did not work out very well
Despite the fact that the castle is small and most likely put together quite recently on the site of the old one, I liked the museum with stuffed animals. It is very decent with a lot of exhibits
Little is clear without a guide. There is almost no text either in the towers or in the WWII museum. The Archaeological Museum either does not work, or only with a guide - the passage is closed with a regular ticket.
It turns out that the castle is such a large photo zone on a historical theme. The photo zone is good
I really, really, really liked it.I did not expect that it is almost in the center of the city, literally adjacent to Lenin Street. The only thing that bothered me was looking for a long time. The location indicator is visible only to drivers, but who is in the city for the first time, and gets on foot - it is quite problematic to find.Museums are within walking distance. There are very interesting exhibits in the Museum of local lore on the territory. The museum of irons is quite interesting. There's a lot to see.The staff is polite. They told me everything and showed me, for which I am very grateful!
I don't have anything to hide. A low rating is only because when they say the CASTLE, you want to see a historical landmark. In this case, we have only a reconstruction created in 2005 according to the artist's idea. In reality, there was once a castle on this place, but we are unlikely to find out what it actually looked like.
One of the undoubted advantages is a beautiful view of the city from the observation deck.
This is not an ancient castle , but recreated in the 20th century on the site of the old one. It is best to walk around it with an excursion, then you will learn a lot about the history of the castle, its towers and other things

I live in the museum, I really like it, I have lived and am living my life there! It is interesting , cheap
Very good staff, friendly and lovely! I advise you!
