They called, shone a light on the situation, asked if we would change it now, announced the price and what options are available. Any additional work is performed only by agreement with the client.
For 8 years I have been going only to these guys. They knew my first car better than anyone else and always gave clear and competent recommendations, top-level service, the masters are very friendly and polite! I recommend.
I called on the phone to find out the price of replacing the t5 conveyor shock absorber, the price was announced more than once for the front shock absorber 70 rubles. Ok, I'm coming, it's time to make an application and then the price increases by 50% and amounted to 105 rubles, "50% CARL"? And what is this supposed to mean? I was shocked not by the price, but by the fact that they cheat right off the bat. Although the price on the website for the repair of a minibus costs 45-70 rubles. The prices do not correspond to reality... Be careful. And if they don't keep the words they said on the phone, then there's nothing to trust them. Cheaters

Well, as everywhere and as always, they do everything in metal, partly in electrics, the prices are so-so. They forget to wash the engine compartment after replacing the filter, but they came and talked, they washed it, it's fine. The prices for spare parts are sub-set, but with a concept.

1) I called and explained the problem with the muffler, they immediately informed me to come, you will burn a little, but we will accept you. And it's Sunday.
2) I arrived immediately and was hired, Master Alexey. A separate favor. We were with my daughter, she couldn't avoid a couple of compliments. :) I did everything calmly, showed what I was doing, then asked to accept the result. Everything was fine.
3) cash payment, acceptance signatures, everything is as usual. And then my daughter took me away and I left my wallet on the way out. I didn't have time to get into the car, the guys called, they gave everything away.
I stopped by to check the suspension, I typed it earlier, we discussed the time I arrived. She was busy and eventually pretended that there were a lot of customers.
The price/quality is excellent. Master Vadim showed everything, told everything, and did it well. I will come again. There is no divorce for spare parts, I recommend it.
