Plumbing engineering is the best store. There are MPS in many cities. In Aktau, PVC pipe for glue is only here.

Absolutely disregard for customers. They do not know the goods, they do not tell anything, they cannot answer questions and, judging by the expression on their faces, they do not want to. They don't talk, they roll their eyes. I am generally silent about basic politeness like "hello", "goodbye". Horror.
