It's a beautiful place. Made with love. There is a lot of vegetation. Manicured trees and bushes. Breakfast to choose from. Helpful staff. Excellent apartment. There is a parking lot. Great pool. There is a fitness and sauna and massage. Thin walls, good audibility. A place far from the main embankment. But next to the road. The noise is not particularly audible.

February 2024. Nice family room. It's really cozy! Of all the hotels that we visited this February, they are the only ones who put on the stove. The cold in the morning is terrible. The stove helped out.
The staff is pleasant. They gave me extra blankets and a pillow. Clear. I was pleased with the kitchen with all the accessories (appliances/dishes)
A serious disadvantage is breakfast. Looking ahead, I vomited further than I saw after half an hour. There's NOTHING on the table. No olives, no butter, no jam, no bread. A small mug of instantly cooled coffee. It's dog-cold in the room, since it's actually outside. They didn't think to warm it up in advance. I was just sitting on my sweater so that my ass wouldn't freeze and I was shaking from the cold, really already trying to leave. An English breakfast was brought: beans, overcooked pork, dripping butter and two eggs. A couple of slices of bread in butter. A bottle of water. That's all. No vegetables. No greenery. There are no words. We didn't really eat it.
We packed up and immediately moved to another hotel. It is only 30% more expensive, but everything is luxurious! And the breakfasts and the territory! Rixos is driving!
