Well... a cry from the soul! I rarely write reviews, but it started to boil over!
We order every week and for a lot of money!!! And every time the quality of your products gets worse. There are "gaps", but very rarely. Russian roulette. It is unclear what the quality depends on: whether it is the presence of a good cook, or whether the "just cook" has inspiration.
In particular, today: a kebab like Cream Cheese has been ordered, but in fact there is a teaspoon of cottage cheese spread all over the shawarma. At the same time, there is more and more test… Are there any standards for the amount of filling??????
Potatoes are half raw (however, almost as always)…
The Hot Sauce kebab is actually mild and tasteless. Well, if "Hot sauce" is declared, it must be sharp!!! (which is EXTREMELY rare).
There are many of your points in the city, we are talking about the ONE that serves the Torfboloto area.
Here's another caveat: I would like to say hello to your courier, who delivers orders with his friend Alyona. The last of the orders THEY delivered came to us in 2 hours !!! hours from the moment of the order. The 45-minute rule does not apply to us... then write: delivery to our area is from 45 minutes to the morning! If you're lucky.
Anyway, next time we'll think about whether to order shawarma from you or from another place.

Instead of 2 cheese pita bread, they gave the usual ones without warning, in 1 shawarma at least the meat was for 2 shawarma 26 rubles just creepy. price quality is not for them. 1 shawarma was small, 4 layers of pita bread were thick. I don't recommend it.

I do not know what their shawarma is made of, I bought it several times and constantly sat in the toilet after their shawarma, and my stomach hurt, the child had the same thing, how many times I wrote comments, they were deleted. I bought shawarma several times at the flight college, I felt good and my stomach did not hurt. I will make a test purchase and give the shawarma to check the product, I don't think I'm the only one.

I was disappointed in the shawarma today, the pita bread is terribly twisted (1cm thick empty pita bread is exactly on one side, and how half-cooked it is), and the chicken is dry and burnt.
Another disadvantage is that the site has the opportunity to order in advance, come and pay upon arrival.
But in fact, no one does it in advance, they came for a shawarma that was specially ordered in advance, but they did not do it and tell us: we do not do this, otherwise we will order it, and then you will come and not pick it up. Question: then why does such a service exist on the site???
