We waited for the order for 2 hours!!! I called the call center twice, the first time they said that there were 15 minutes left at the most, after 15 minutes they called again, they said that they still had 10 minutes to wait. They can't provide anything but a promo code for a free 1 kebab! The only reason the order was taken away was because of severe hunger. The courier didn't apologize, they can't answer anything except "We have a big workload today." Two of the three shawarma balls were torn, and of course everything was soaked and cold. The cheese shawarma was just mayonnaise with chicken to taste, there were few vegetables and cheese was not felt. After the shawarma, it also made me feel sick. Definitely not set foot in this place anymore.

They refused to provide a protocol for such a huge delay, arguing that the action does not apply to civil servants.

We have been visiting this place with a friend for the fourth year, in general, everything was fine, except that loud music sometimes interfered.
Sometimes we bought drinks, and sometimes we brought them with us, since there is nothing available that we would like.
08.11 once again we met with a friend and went to this institution. We bought juice, because we cornyly wanted it with shawarma)
As a result, the girl, without any appeal, just aggressively points out to us (or to someone in the hall, well, we don't know, since it was just shouted into the hall) that you can't take your drinks with you.
Of course, we were shocked, because before that, how many times had we brought our own and everything was fine (we didn't know about this rule at all)
After this appeal, I immediately wanted to leave, because even if there is this rule, it could have been conveyed more politely or something.. we didn't make any noise, we behaved decently, so it seems to me that we fully deserved the normal attitude of the staff..
In general, there is no desire to return here anymore.
