I also used to work in catering and I know that both admins and cooks get tired there. Communication with clients, of course, is lame, but it's nothing. And I also think if the customers were more polite, then the staff would have heard them then. And then, as I remember, such clients come that they won't even say hello, but just come home and say: Give me what to give you, we can't give it. He can accept the order, he can make it, but he definitely won't give it. And then they wonder why this attitude is.

This is probably the worst restaurant I know, I'll explain. On December 1, we placed an order in the application, it says delivery in 45 minutes. An hour passed, I called to clarify, to which the girl replied, "the courier has left a long time ago." After waiting another 30-40 minutes, I called again to clarify. Again, the answer was that the courier had left and was about to arrive. As a result, 2 hours have passed since the order was accepted. The point from us is well, 500 meters away at most. As a result, of course, we had to refuse and re-order and go ourselves, which took 15 minutes. And today, on December 3, I made an order in the application, well, of course, for pickup, your order was accepted in the application, the time indicated was 15 minutes. As a result, 15 minutes passed, I went to pick up the order, to which the girl replied that it was canceled because there was no chicken!!! I'm shocked!!!! When I left the point, I received a notification that the order was canceled! This is just a disgusting attitude towards people!

The food is average, the kitchen would not say that it is diverse, but in general it is normal, the meat as for me is either not salty or not peppery, well, the service I would say is lame because no matter how you are called, do not say anything like that, the shawarma is normal, the staff is friendly but not responsible and I am completely relaxed, the waiting time is like when, well, on average 10 minutes is no more, the delivery of the average code is necessary, I can not deliver in the sense that it takes 2.5 hours to deliver shawarma
