Excellent Shawarma. The prices are very pleasant. Very polite staff. Everything is always fast and delicious. Every time we come to Zhodino, we definitely come here.

We ordered shawarma Chicago on Kalinovskiy St., Zhodino. Not only did they wait for more than 30 minutes, but they also put Curry instead, which is both cheaper and less in grams. The answer to my complaint was: how did you know that it wasn't yours if the chef said that he had cooked exactly Chicago (if anything, I've been ordering the same shawarma for more than 3 years, and fans understand that it's not difficult to distinguish mustard from curry sauce). The last 3-4 times they give it ice cold, which means you have to come home and heat it in the microwave.
No customer orientation or problem solving.
In general, the further you go, the worse the service gets.

Terrible service. We order from 8 pieces consistently at 12:00 on Fridays. Either the order did not load in their database, or the administrator did not correctly read the comment on the order (regarding administrators, this is a separate topic, it feels like they are recruited after the 6th grade without the slightest idea of work). They are delivered recently only after an hour of the specified time. Shawarma is not at all clear what. It's understaffed, improperly nested, cold (they cook, it feels like, 2 hours before delivery), then you order a large one, and they bring a small one. 1 star is a lot.
