When the operator answered the call asking how the service was more expensive, she began to say that it might be "a little more expensive" if the lock was of a complex type, but this was not "not much", but more than 2 times more expensive)) The girl was already surprised why, she promised that they would call me back. Two days have passed, they don't call back, they say on the phone that the management will only be in a week. The certificate of services performed, which is so boasted on the site, has not been issued.

When ordering the service, the operator announced the cost of 200 rubles. After rendering the service, it turned out to be 380!!! The website says 99% without damage, but in fact the on-site master says that almost all locks are changed. That is, the ads are lying! After the master left, they found that the door was damaged (scratches), the operator did not pick up the phone. I can conclude that they take advantage of people's position and, as a rule, of an urgent need. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

Hello. I was provided with a door-opening service in my car today. The order was from the website. Upon a preliminary call from your operator, I received the following information, an autopsy will cost 55-60 rubles, and there was also information about free battery recharging. After that, it became an advantage for me to summon a master from you. The service was ordered by a certain time (18:30), the master arrived at 19:01, he did his job, after which I asked about charging the battery, to which he replied that this was a separately paid service, after which I had to abandon it, paying 60 rubles for the work. Please look into this situation and find out why the master was not aware of the battery!!! Please note that the website also says that there is a possibility of charging the battery for free. The number indicated on the website for complaints and suggestions is not correct! Thanks!
