Until recently, there was a very good place: delicious, fast, high-quality. The staff is polite and friendly. But they took a new employee and everything became terrible.
08/13/2024 (Tue) we made a pre-order for doners and boxes by phone. The woman who took the order on the phone thinks for a very long time: she never asked again what would be in the order, then she is silent for 5 minutes, asks again and is silent. She didn't say a word about the time of arrival and the cost. Just come and that's it. When we arrived, it turned out that we had to wait another 10 minutes or even more. When asked why they did not warn on the phone about the cooking time, they began to talk in raised tones that everything was being prepared from under the knife. And if we don't want to wait, then she can pile yesterday's potatoes on us, which is also interesting, because they always have everything fresh and only today's. In general, we did not receive a specific answer to our question. And after that, she started shouting with foam at the mouth that you can turn on your brains and everyone knows perfectly well that you have to wait 10 minutes. At some point, honestly speaking, it became even scary. We waited for the order anyway, because we had to leave the city, we were in a hurry and wanted to eat. Moreover, it used to be delicious.
As it turned out, this boorish, unbalanced miracle worker was trained just on Tuesday, but apparently poorly trained. Or just Gypsies, as a free and freedom-loving people, do not bend under the authorities.
As for the taste and quality of the food, I can say the following: in the boxes (they took the classic ones), by the way, it feels like the potatoes were yesterday's. Adults are fine, but the child was ill afterwards. Doners (big classic and cheesy) are not tasty, unfortunately. They took it out of the bag and half of it fell off immediately. The pita bread is all wet. The meat is over-dried, as in the boxes. Tomatoes are clearly not the first freshness.
As a result, the mood is spoiled, we didn't get any delicious food either. The child was also poisoned. I don't advise anyone. Such catering points are simply dangerous: they will poison you, and they can still attack you, and they will call you stupid.

We stopped by on August 22. Everything was as delicious as it was a couple of months ago. The only point, by the way, where the taste of chicken from the fire is like a barbecue, and not the taste from the frying pan as at other points. The meat is not dry like on Ponomarenko, the vegetables are fresh, the cabbage is not bitter like on Pushkinskaya.. I do not know how someone's bottom fell through after 10 minutes and did not
specify this bottom of the shawarma or the fifth point)) but nothing failed even after 15 minutes!

It gets worse and worse every month,
The bottom of the shawarma falls apart after 10 minutes, a lot of sauce is poured..
But the very moment when you take a shawarma on Monday, you get everything that has been lying since Saturday: overcooked meat from a spin, which circled there all weekend, not fresh products that were filled with sauce so as not to feel it. And lavash is a separate Pal.
The chefs who were in September -December 2023 were the best.

Пока что одна из лучших точек для перекуса в зелёном луге, хороший ассортимент, свежие продукты, быстрое обслуживание, приветливый персонал, есть скамейки что бы подождать. Единственная ложка дёгтя для меня лично, когда в первый раз пришёл перепутали заказы и вместо большой Гриль, мне вручили ходтог в лаваше, а так как я курьер и сразу улетел на заказ , открыл пакет я только в другом районе. Но даже с моей не любовью к горчице, закушался он хорошо и осталось желание покушать там все таки шаурму и был не разочарован. Если любите шаурму с картошкой фри, вам однозначно нужно посетить это место.

There was a 5k from me once. But the owner changed and everything went downhill: they are always closed, at 11 a.m. the chicken has not fried yet, at 21 p.m. it is already over or they have a big order. The ingredients are of poor quality, the hands are dirty, the kitchen is dirty, they smoke all the time. In general, it's terrible and no one else goes there.

Шаурма одна из самых вкусных по городу. Прекрасно все, от лаваша до ингредиентов. Достойная конкуренция папа донеру. Большой ассортимент, каждый найдет для себя шаурму по вкусу. Приятный коллектив, готовят очень быстро, 5-7 минут. Рекомендую!!

The most tasteless shawarma that I've tried. Starting from pita bread and ending with the composition of the dish. Lavash is not tasty, it is bitter, there are no mushrooms in the sauce, I do not understand why pickled mushrooms are put in mushroom shawarma, because there is no taste of mushrooms from them. I didn't like the taste at all, and they also threw cucumbers all in one pile, without distributing them throughout the shawarma. I do not recommend it and I will never order it again.

Отличное обслуживание и быстрое время приготовления,но сама шаурма оставляет желать лучшего. Заказывал 750гр классическую шаурму,по итогу в руке казалась легкой,взвесил,оказалась 560 гр ,так еще и 2/3 всей шаурмы была обычная капуста и крохи мяса. Второй раз ,к сожалению, не пойду .
