This shawarma is a complete disappointment

We ordered two shawarma dishes, a classic one with barbecue sauce and a spicy one
The meat was dried, the cucumbers and cabbage smelled not the first freshness, and most importantly, there was no sauce in the spicy shawarma, no sauce at all
And the question is, how can you hire such incompetent people?

We loved this shawarma very much, we won't take it anymore after today's events.

We always bought shawarma here. But yesterday it was terrible, the stripes were black as coal, the shawarma itself was not crispy, something inside was already "everything" to taste like a chirn from a pen and it smelled disgusting, I ate only a third from a large one until I got to that, then everything turned out fine and went. There was simply no taste, the sauce was bitter and spicy, and that was it

They said waiting 20 minutes is a total of 50 minutes. There were giggles on the phones, too. The cooking is also terrible. the food is spoiled and fried until it burns. It's raining outside and they didn't even think to give Kraft a package. the change was given incorrectly and proved that everything was correct. the question "how much longer?" was answered with such a disgusting voice and such a face, as if we owed them.
