And I clearly remember that when I put the numbers on the DPR, he came up to me with a long-handled mirror and wrote it down (checked)self. To the question of what to do, the answer is that they will help you on the territory of the service station. I come up, there's a queue of 8-10 cars, the same poor devils behind the photo plates. And most importantly , the price starts from 1000₽ , what 's going on ??? Where are our security agencies ? It 's just a rip - off out of the blue . The Ministry has written an appeal . But interestingly, in the Rostov region, who changed the numbers, the inspector did not ask to photograph anything , he did his job himself.

There are plenty of staff, but there are only 2 windows for receiving initial applications and one window for submitting documents. Even when setting up a new T.S. purchased in the salon and issued through state services, they found a reason to refuse + in addition, they made a note on state services "No turnout by the set time".
