It is also worth considering that there is no cash register here, so either pay via ERIP or go to the bank (it is not right next to it and it also takes time). You can't get through to this organization using any of the listed phones (no one picks up the phone). There are no conditions in the waiting room, there is nothing to breathe, the only ventilation is through one slightly opening window.
