There are very long queues, you need to take a queue early if you want to get in the front rows, but after submitting the documents you need to wait a long time. Based on the fact that they serve several districts and cities, then you can only thank them for the speed. There is no question of any comfort of waiting or room, just standing in line, it would be nice to have another window with an electronic queue in time.
What I would like to say is that when contacting, no one knows anything or just does not want to know. Terrible attitude towards people. Where the bosses are looking. It's been a long time since the 21st century, is it really difficult to put an electronic queue. There are no samples of applications, there is nothing to breathe in the room. Let the sanitary station pay attention .
In general, if it were possible to register a car with private organizations, then only there. But alas, we have to endure
I 've never met anyone worse than mreo . Employees do not know their job from the word at all . It took all day to register the car. Even considering that there was no queue . I always managed to register and rent in a couple of hours , for example, in the city of Glubokoe . When will they put things in order there in the Molodechno mreo??? 21st century. It seems to me that the review here is empty. I will definitely call the hotline - this sharashkin office will be quickly dispersed and decent workers will be recruited.
I remembered the Soviet Union, or rather the initial Belarusian time) People are simple, cultured, explained everything, quickly arranged everything and with a normal attitude. In general, everything is great, thanks to them.
Legal entity numbers can be obtained in one visit. However, I did it from two, all because of the mark of the military enlistment office on the application (we bought a minibus). So, to register a car, you need: an application for registration of a car (the form is available on the Internet or on their stand with samples of applications); a signed contract with an act of transfer (if between legal entities, then it is enough to specify in the contract who submits for registration); payment orders with a blue seal of the bank to pay the amount for issuance new numbers and computer services; power of attorney or order for the head with the passport of the representative; old or temporary license plates; technical passport. Pass an inspection of the vehicle to verify the body numbers and you can apply for registration. One window for accepting documents from legal entities and three for physicists. At the same time, the window for legal entities after 11:30 every hour for 15 minutes works for the issuance of documents. Therefore, if you get to the vehicle inspection at 8:30 and immediately submit the documents, then you can pick up the rooms at 11:30.
Rude , don't know their job, boors.I came to submit for category b , there is an open C category for which I can no longer pass the commission .The license was lost 10 years ago , they are not allowed to take the second category , graduated from driving school , paid for everything .He was sent to recover, although there is a medical certificate for the second category.I will appeal to Minsk with a complaint
Excellent M.E. They take exams honestly and fairly, both theory and practice. Special thanks to Inspector Glinsky. There is no excitement when passing the internship. Everything is legal and fair
Probably this department was made to discourage the desire to buy a car. Giving away a day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and all this while standing in line is just a nightmare! It is urgently necessary to organize an electronic queue and increase the number of specialists serving citizens on the weekend!!!
The registration of the car was quick, without red tape, at 11.30 I already received the numbers. Despite the fact that the service goes through one window. (But in Malinovka, it would not hurt to open a couple more windows to the working three)
It's a terrible place. There is nothing worse. At 10.40, the documents were submitted- they could not be reached at 16.30 (at the time of issue at 11.30, 12.30, 15.30, 16.30) to the head of the MREO. Only when we walked around the whole building, we found the boss. The wheelchair-bound husband begged to give out the numbers early, the boss went to a meeting and gave out the numbers at 15.50. People do not know who is behind whom, because of this there is a big mess. The only way out is to make an electronic queue and go to meet people, and remember that in a similar situation, where you will need help, you, dear employees, can also definitely find yourself!
It's high time to modernize! An electronic queue is absolutely necessary here. And in general, it's time to expand, we need to add windows for receiving documents
Traffic police like traffic police) it happens quickly, the service does not happen very much, but it all depends on the number of people on the day you arrived
It's just something not from this planet, nothing is disorganized, is it really impossible to make an electronic queue, as almost everywhere, put information signs.
I put it on the register. WEDNESDAY, June 12, 2024.
We probably arrived at 8.40-50, we immediately go to check the rooms and then to submit documents. At 9.20 we go for a walk around the city and wait for new license plates on the car, which were issued at 11.30.
A review on a weekday of the week, so everything is very fast, or we were lucky.
There is a big problem with the reception of citizens.
The queues are very long and the service is very slow. It's time to make an electronic queue, because people can't stand standing on their feet for 5-7 hours to de-register a car.
Result:
1. Reconciliation - 8/10
2. Maintenance - 1/10
3. Comfort - 0/10
I advise you to go to Zhdanovichi, the procedure will take you there for a maximum of an hour.
Recently I had to go there, there is no such attitude even in polyclinics .....
Everything is sad, I had to change my driver's license, this procedure takes place in 1 window, as this employee worked 10 years ago, and now after a while I had to face him, unfortunately, I do not know how to they call me, but I think many will understand and recognize this employee, rude, talked, as if I came to his house, and not to a state institution ......
When asked how long to wait for the photographer (and we waited for him for 40 minutes), he answered as soon as so immediately .......do you think this is the answer of an employee of a state organization!? I think not.......
And yes, with the expectation that there were 2 people in the queue in 1 window, the whole procedure for changing rights took 2, 5 hours......and I think this is not normal.....and where was the photographer I'm still interested, because she has a certain schedule, and I I don't think it says I come when I want to........
I registered and rented a car here. It used to be worse. Several queues. Crowds of people. Waiting for the numbers, and it does not matter whether the transit or the original. Now I've done everything before lunch (I got the transits). Still an electronic queue and it will be fine
There is always a very long queue, I would like there to be a consultant in the hall who could be asked about this or that operation. And it would be right if there was an electronic queue. It is very noisy in the hall, it is very hard to hear what is being said to you in the window because they are almost completely covered with glass.
Horror! No electronic queue . A simple whole day in line , so that at the end they closed the window in front of your nose with the words " we are closed " At a time when you stood in line for 4 hours !!!!! If you are going to go there, then delete a day from your life, and it will be lucky that you have completed everything in a day, and not wait for tomorrow an hour before the opening of the continuation of the registration in a crowd of people ..... And this is the only institution where, when entering, you need to shout who is the extreme and begins " there the girl " took away , and someone else is behind her , while the queue is +- 25 people in front of you...
The schedule is inconvenient. There is no electronic queue. They told the man in front of me on Saturday. Come to us on Tuesday morning. No one warns you not to take a queue or something like that. The rack is broken, and has been visible for a long time..
I went there once. I didn't like it, I was received in the lobby by a hundred people who are no longer worthy of being received in the office. My question was solved in such a way that it was time for lunch and you even put me out of the lobby. It was cold outside. It shouldn't be like this
I arrived at 15:50, certified my application, there is such a procedure in a separate window, the last check was at 16:00, I received the documents and numbers at 16:15. Very quickly, well done. Yes, there is no electronic queue, it can be inconvenient when there are a lot of people. At 16:00, strangely enough, I was alone, maybe I was just lucky)
The horror!! The attitude towards people there is bestial and judging by the words of the locals, nothing has been done for people there for a very long time.
There is a canopy on the reconciliation of the rooms and if you arrive early and put your car under it in the hope that the reconciliation will start with you, then it was not there, an employee who is always dissatisfied with something , very important and thinks highly of himself, gives everyone free advice with the phrase -I'll tell you a secret ... you can't stand here..and here too.. he has his own reconciliation technique, starting it along the fence on the right is very stupid…
In the hall where documents are accepted, you will be happy to be given a bunch of receipts for payment and will not clearly explain where to pay and whose passport because there is a small crack in the window through which you can not hear anything that they are mumbling to themselves.
If you need to register and de-register your car in a day, then the issue cannot be resolved in any way during the day, even if you arrived by 8 a.m. The last reconciliation is at 15.00 and the windows are open until 16.30. When asked why you have written that reconciliation is before 16.30, they answer everyone that it is in the summer.
In the window where the grandfathers are sitting, they will go to a meeting for you…
There is no place for an old man to drink water there. The toilet is terrible, there is no paper, there is nothing to wash your hands with.
They work very slowly, super slowly, they arrived early in the morning from another city, there were not many people, as a result they left before closing, barely had time, if you arrive, it's not a fact that you will have time
One of the best departments of the traffic police in the republic, everything is done promptly, for example, when replacing the license or registering the car, you receive documents after the fire on the same day in an hour or two at most.
It is difficult to assess unequivocally. The only thing I didn't like was that there are long queues and people have to organize themselves. There is nowhere to sit on the street, there is not a single bench. It is a pity that there is no electronic queue. Well, they work fine -like everywhere else.
There are very long queues on Tuesday. You can wait 2-3 hours to submit an application. If you manage to file at 12, then the numbers will be given at 15:30 at best. Two windows serve the city and the whole area, that's the queue...
It's just terrible! The queues were still there, it became even slower than before the windows were upgraded. You can stand in line all day and not solve your question
These queues will never end. Why can't we make an electronic queue or organize the work in some other way?
There are 50 or more people in a small hall. Constant pandemonium!!! The horror!!!
Competent service, pleasant employees. We did everything as much as possible and competently, polite!
It would be much easier with an electronic queue!..
As always, everything is clear, fast and understandable. This is about replacing the rights. And as always, complete disregard for people, their time and needs when setting up / removing a car! I have been observing the same picture for many years. I've been holding back my emotions for many years. There are always a lot of people in queues, stuffy and crowded. Why can't we arrange a couple more windows for receiving/issuing documents and numbers? Why in order to print a statement (for my own money!) Am I forced to stand at one window for 40 minutes??? Yes, there are just a couple more windows here, but they only work from 8 to 9 in the morning! How's that??? People, the 21st century has come a long time ago, but not in the MREO!
The country is IT, but in order to register a car, in addition to passing a reconciliation once an hour, you must then register it in a separate window with a separate queue. Learn from a college in Minsk, which at least does not need to run between the windows. The procedure is not clear, nor where there are no clues as to how the procedure goes.
In general, the norms. I exchanged my license in 20 minutes from the moment I found out that it was possible, after I received new ones.
But we spent about 3 hours with overfilling. Of these, something like this:
- Execution of the contract - up to 10 minutes;
- Payment by post - 40 minutes;
- Reconciliation of numbers - 35 minutes of which the reconciliation itself took 3 minutes, and the rest of the time we waited until the same reconciliation time came (1 time per hour);
- And the longest is the queue for registration of the contract (where it is already necessary with the numbers removed) - here we stood for at least 1.5 hours. And the new owner of the car also had to wait for transits. It took so long because only one window was working, then the second one opened and it seemed to go faster.
p.s. you can save a lot of time if you pay by e-mail from your phone and immediately, before reconciliation, take a queue for registration. In fact, receipts are not needed, after 10-15 minutes the payment information will already be in the database. What and where to pay in the ERIP is written in the contract, plus QR codes of payments are hanging on the wall.
It's high time to set up an electronic queue. There would be fewer problems and squabbles about the waiting time. And in general, the staff is at the level of professionals.
People are being held for cattle here. There is no electronic queue. Indoors +40 at +27 outside, only 1 window opens. The base is constantly hanging for 10-15 minutes, but they go to lunch exactly on schedule, despite the fact that people stood for 15 extra minutes because of the base. And this despite the fact that the payment is not small, both for WU and for pieces of iron. P.S. 07/26/12 at 12.33 I handed over the documents for replacement ..... I called to be photographed at 12.55 and of course informed that I was ready to pick up after lunch (14.00) despite the fact that there were 4 people. Well, not.....
The worst MREO in the Minsk region, according to all visitors.
There is no electronic queue, which causes daily conflict situations. The work of the staff is very slow.
