The most terrible branch of such a prestigious promising bank! The only good thing is the renovation! That's it!
The courtesy of the cashier at the window, and the main one, leaves much to be desired!! I gave away a decent amount of trading revenue, very decent!- she apparently forgot that her microphone was on, mumbled that I was handing over the money, and I hadn't bought a brain for myself!!? They say I found the money, which I think I can earn! I asked again.. Are you talking to me?! To which she remained silent and adjusted her microphone!! An older woman! Dark hair!! I think it's Tatiana, but I could be wrong. Terribly slow!! Sitting with a crown on his head! I didn't come to her for an appointment to HAND over the MONEY, but she came to me!! The queue is moving very slowly!! And all the employees of this department are on their own wave, rude. Who's on the phone, who's sticking it in the ceiling. I don't recommend going there at all. And if you, mods from this department, will read my review, then my advice to you! - if you don't like your job, where you allow yourself to talk like that to your bank's clients, then you'd better change your job!

A good department, recently renovated, bright, fresh, cozy. I've never seen queues. Electronic queue, comfortable sofas for waiting.

I have been using MTBank's services for many years. The service in this branch is of high quality, but rather slow than fast. There was a period when the work schedule was reduced and it was impossible to get in after work, which was a big disadvantage. Now the working hours are the same again until 20.00, which ensures that your issues are resolved after a working day.
