I paid in cash via ERIP, after depositing cash, the terminal froze and did not complete the operation. I contacted the bank, they held my money for 5 days to sort out the situation. As a result, I also had to go to the department to collect my money, due to an error that was not my fault. And no one even apologized for this situation. A disgusting solution to the situation on the part of the bank.
