I've been sitting in line for half an hour to pick up a plastic card, if there are four jobs for managers, only two work. It's a very spacious room, you feel like you're on the subway during rush hour.
There are no questions about the work of the staff.
Everything can be arranged quickly. Two information kiosks for cash payment, one for currency exchange, one for cards and cash withdrawal. There is also a cash register with a bank employee.
Two out of four specialists are working. The waiting time in the queue is more than an hour! There are constant queues in this department. If I knew what a mess it was, I would have ordered a card to another branch.
The Rokossovsky branch was terribly upset with its service, I understand that it is a pre-holiday day, but this does not mean that you can stop working and ignore customers in an hour, take measures to eliminate this issue
At 18.50 I came to the bank, there were two people in front of me, the last one was standing, waiting to buy currency, like the people in front of me. At 18.55, the queue reached me, and so the Cashier Maya Gribko put up a sign right in front of her nose that customers were no longer being served, although she saw perfectly well that I was waiting for my turn :)
Indignantly left the bank, but realized that she had come almost right next to me... Well, then literally a minute later I returned to use the terminal and saw that at the same cashier the same cashier was carrying out a currency exchange operation for another woman.
While waiting in line, during this time I could manage to go to a nearby bank and do what I need.
The service is 10 out of 10, the attitude towards customers is amazing 👍
This currency exchange terminal is slightly less than fully functional. A limited amount of foreign money can be exchanged here. If there is nothing to change, then you can just sit in the cool of the operating room. I did not ask if they let me into the toilet, but if, by analogy with the department on Bobruisk, they should hold it. Although it is still a bank and it still has its own security service. It's a good place. I recommend.
A small branch and often long queues. There's not even a place to stand. In fact, the only good thing is that there is a bank in the area at all. I would like to have round-the-clock access to an ATM like the Priorbank opposite. It would be a great solution for the district.

I "ran in" on 05.11.2022 to the MTB bank branch on ave.Rokossovsky took a coupon at 13.55 to open a card for crediting a PO.There are a lot of people, there is one customer service specialist and one at the currency exchange.One woman was served for 40 minutes!!! It is clear that the specialist is working, working hours are running, but the woman needs information and she is in no hurry. The people who stood in line after me asked questions, if the norm of time for the service of one person? To which, specialist Ekaterina Zalygina RCC54 replied, go to another department, there is no set time for maintenance!I didn't find a review book anywhere. There is no leadership in the Security Council. The woman who came after me half an hour later, for some reason, was called ahead of me by the coupon number (the distribution of functions is not clear, although the criteria are the same!!).The time that was spent on me was 3 minutes!I took a picture of the specialist's full name, to which I was told that it was not respectful and I was under the cameras, I did not see a photo about the ban on photographing.The total arrival time in this department took 1 hour and 25 minutes.! There is almost always a queue at the checkout. But there is an automatic exchanger separately. There is also a terminal for depositing cash.
I can't say anything bad about the employees - they are polite, humane, and help. BUT - the bank's policy, I'm sorry, is disgusting.
We opened a Payokay card for small payments. As a result, the card was not used (waiting 3 days for the transfer of funds, of course, is such). And a year later, the bank calls us and asks why we don't use it. And why don't we pay a subscription fee :) Then it turned out that in order to close the card you need to personally (!) come to the department, stand in line (we stayed for an hour, the staff helped us do it faster, we were with the child), pay the debts. But when they opened the card... everything was done to us remotely, even the card and all documents were delivered by courier, passport data was even collected by phone.
It's not a damn thing to pair your products so smoothly, and set up a lane with obstacles to close them. After that, I don't want to change the currency to you, not to mention accounts and deposits.
Very attentive, friendly and qualified staff. The service is fast. An electronic queue that allows you to receive a service with minimal expectation. The bank's premises are small but cozy.
Obsessively offers to issue a visa card for insurance, not to mention a one-time payment. I came to the MTBank specialists to resolve the issue. I took the ticket and watched for about 10 minutes as they (all three) climbed into the phones, apparently I don't care about the customers at all.
It feels like these specialists are not qualified at all! They couldn't answer any of my questions, they have the same answer: "Let's write a request to those.support" 🤦🏼♀️
