Today I applied to the bank for insurance, but the service was disappointing.
The girls at the tables did not invite people in turn until they were asked to do so. The functionality of the girl who was just sitting on the phone also left questions.
Extremely slow service, although I was with a suitcase, as I was leaving after that, and immediately asked to do everything as quickly as possible. By the way, I left without insurance because the girl at the checkout couldn't make a cash payment(!). I was already late, and they also offered me to go to an ATM and put money on a card to spend it through the ERIP. I don't know which of the girls messed up, but for a service that should be worked out to automatism, it's a quiet horror.
Service at 0, the girl began to rush around the office, throwing the client, looking for some papers, serving in parallel the guy who came in out of turn, helped her colleague. I couldn't issue a card that was approved online in advance. I waited for an hour, provided that I was second in line
A good branch, but there are often long queues at the ticket offices. Previously, it was equipped with two information kiosks inside the department and outside. Unfortunately, they were dismantled this week. Now all operations need to be done through cash registers and on weekdays.
