I receive a message on Viber that my card is expiring at this bank. I search the Internet for their number, I call and they tell me that I have a virtual card issued by the idea bank (which passed to them) and they yell that I issued it. But I've never been a customer of either of these two banks!And I certainly didn't make out the cards in them. I contacted MTBank itself by phone once to clarify which loans are available. As a result, they called me several times every day to impose their loans. I had to block the number, and they found it in Viber. Disgusting bank and employees

It's just some kind of terrible nightmare. I come here every month to exchange currency, I work in the same building. As a result, you have to wait at least 30-40 minutes every time, although there is no pandemonium of people. The last straw was waiting at an HOUR when even people who came much after me were called to a specialist at the checkout. Administration, maybe you can do something about the jobs at last?

You can't get into the cash register, the bank's work is organized in an ugly way. To wait for their turn, they sat for an hour and a half, when people who came later went to the checkout. Employees are incompetent, slow and behave incorrectly.
