The exception is Timiryazev 65, and Tolstoy's formalism and unwillingness to work. He doesn't give you Coupons 10 minutes before closing, but at the checkout you'll find out that you need to see a specialist, and there are 5 minutes left and he won't have time, but why did you come so late and the like. Even at the state post office and in one window, they work until the last customer, and at mtbank, no one is customer-oriented.
