I waited 25 minutes for nothing - I was never called, 20 people passed.. I approach the operator, looks up at me full of suspicion and says, "it says in your ticket how many people are in front of you." Uhhh.. there are like 5 in the coupon, but in fact those who came later than me passed.. It's a mess. The Ministry of Health left this department without waiting.

Claims are not accepted, funds that have been illegally debited are not returned. I do NOT recommend using this bank and its services.

We do not recommend this bank! We signed a contract to connect Internet acquiring (payment by card on the website) on September 15, they said the approximate waiting time is 2 weeks. After two weeks, they called to clarify when the result would be, and in response to us, "You did not send us the documents," they began to figure it out, it turns out they lost our documents. They found it quickly, but they told me to wait 2 weeks again. We contacted them after 2 weeks, but they said it wasn't ready yet and every day they said "Tomorrow we have to connect" but as a result, more than 2 months have passed, and the card payment has not been connected, citing various problems.
