I've been friends with the bank for a long time.Everything suits both the service and the customer orientation.But please make a self-service information kiosk area, not in the hall where you can't get in when you have a day off at the bank or have finished work, but so that you can use the information kiosk at any time.

The office's opening hours are inconvenient. How can you get out when it coincides with your main job? As for the bank as a whole: some kind of black money laundering schemes. They say there is one loan option at once, they lend several times less. They impose insurance, which is deductible from the loan. There is no way to find out the details of the loan. I highly do not recommend it.
