I've been friends with the bank for a long time.Everything suits both the service and the customer orientation.But please make a self-service information kiosk area, not in the hall where you can't get in when you have a day off at the bank or have finished work, but so that you can use the information kiosk at any time.

The entry of false information into the personal data of the client by the authorized persons of RCC-22 bank when applying for a consumer loan is "Easier than ever" from 2021. with the issuance of a loan to absolutely everyone, even if the income is only 500 bel.rub, and the monthly payments due are 3500 bel.rub. When customers discovered this, the response from the head of RCC-22 is not our problem, it's your problem!!!
