After a while, I received a message about the approval of a loan in the amount of 9300 rubles. I came to the same branch to get a loan. Another specialist has already informed me that I am being given a loan in the amount of 9300, but 800 rubles is the bank's package for registration. This was the first time I heard about it, although the previous employee did not mention it to me. I agreed to such conditions, as there is no time to take out another loan. However, an unpleasant aftertaste remained, and it is unlikely that I will contact the bank again in the future. I don't think anyone wants to just add an extra 88 rubles to their loan.
I wanted to withdraw money from an ATM for 400 rubles. There was an error and the money was debited from the card three times. the money was not given out. Отделение банка ужасное, больше всего не понравилось обслуживание «сотрудника», а именно Комар Дианы, человек не умеет пользоваться принтером, распечатала документ с 3 раза, общалась с коллегой во время того как с ней разговаривали, не знает даже какую печать ей ставить, и что писать в документе.
Просили документ один, а выдали совершенно другое так еще и заплатили за него 25р
Не советую обращаться в это отделение банка

Пришел снять деньги с карточки ,банкомат с виду рабочий ,а по факту не работает ,все время возвращает в главное меню.Других банкоматов нет ,а в банке работает один специалист на очередь из 10 человек ,ушел без раздумий .Худшее посещение банка в моей жизни.
Небольшой , компактное отделение , всё есть для физических и юридических лиц. Терминалы, обмен валют.

Любимый банк, постоянно пользуюсь его услугами, в этом отделении часто бываю. Быстрое оформление овердрафтного кредита, большой выбор интересных продуктов, карт. Приветливый персонал.
Неудобно расположены окна обменников. Одно — на первом этаже, второе — на втором. В какое позовут — рандом. Для пожилых людей и людей с проблемами опорно-двигательного аппарата крутая лестница между окнами может стать серьезным препятствием.
