Polite staff, convenient Halva card... but.... Now my story. My card expires in November. At the beginning of the month, I contacted the bank, the girl issued a card and, since I do not live in Minsk, arranged delivery (approximately on the 15th) at my place of residence. Super service! But it's not that simple, guys... On the 13th, an SMS arrives that my card has been made and they are waiting for me at the Minsk branch of the bank!!!? And on the 15th, a young man called reminding me that my card was made... After learning that I was waiting for her in a completely different city, he assured me that the card would be handed over to the delivery department in the near future (delivery from MTB arrives to us twice a month), and this is November 29, I will receive it. But yesterday (November 22nd) I received as many as two SMS messages saying that the card was made and they are waiting for me again at the Minsk branch!?? Today I already called the bank myself, the girl searched for my manufactured card for a long time and found it in the delivery department, but it will not get to me in the near future, since it was not issued to the courier... Also, very politely, the girl offered to arrange delivery, but already on December 13!))) So the production and delivery of the card by MTBank will take up to one and a half months (if I get it for sure, of course) - for me a record among the banks whose services I currently use! But for the rest: polite staff and a convenient map....
