I ordered a reissue of the card, the deadline is ending,I work until 17.00,I did not know that the branch was closed in Polotsk, I went to Novopolotsk 2 times, I managed to get there at 17.30, both times 3-4 people were sitting there in a queue for an hour, I went to clarify whether they would accept me, they replied that they were closing at 18.00.Saturday is Sunday off. Maybe who knows if the branch in Polotsk will reopen.

There are two employees, polite staff. The big disadvantage is that there is no cash register or at least no ATM. You cannot deposit or withdraw money. Sadly.
