Maybe who knows if the branch in Polotsk will reopen.

It would be possible to arrange delivery by mail, since the branch in Polotsk is closed, one employee works in Novopolotsk, each client is served for 30 minutes. If I didn't need a card, I would have left this bank altogether. The service is 1 out of 5.
One employee, respectively, creates a queue in which you absolutely do not want to sit . The cards have run out , and I will not continue to conclude an agreement with this bank .
