Now, in order to pay for communal services or put money on the phone, I have to log into the browser, register the name of the bank in the search and log into my personal account in this way, constantly entering long passwords. It's just not convenient and some kind of nonsense. For some reason, I can't use the bank's application since I switched from MTS to a1 with the number saved. Why wasn't I warned about this in advance? I would rather receive cash and pay for my services in the mail. Why do I need these tambourine dances nowadays? I have been transferring my po from this card to my old card of another bank for 3 months, I lose interest, but I use banking normally
I addressed the problem where I made a mistake on the last digit of the loan agreement (fine print and tired eyes were) instead of 3 I wrote 8 ...) I didn't double-check and credited the money to the wrong address...) As a result, the Specialist explained everything, helped to draw up a statement, rechecked it and sent it to Minsk on the same day, and at the same time, as a client of the bank, they did not charge me any fee... Unlike another bank ..... Then came the response from Minsk by letter, where everything is written in detail, clearly, and most importantly clearly! I thank MTBank and specialists for the correct and prompt consultation and work!!!)

The staff does not want to work (one person works). A weak shift supervisor walks around giggling with female employees instead of doing his job, covers his idleness (and his own) with lies. I recommend not to contact this department in order to save time and nerves.
