The support service milo explained that there was a problem with the equipment and, due to the fact that they have a weekend off, all subscribers of the district may only get access to the network on Monday, when specialists will deal with the issue. It reminded me of the 90s, when plumbers turned off the water for the weekend due to some kind of breakdown and were engaged in repairs only on Monday. There have also been similar cases before, but for a shorter period of time without prior announcement. This indirectly indicates the financial condition of the company, the absence of emergency crews, an algorithm of actions in case of such situations, problems with existing equipment. Apparently, some of the subscribers who are faced with this will now massively connect to another provider. And there are people whose work directly depends on the ability to go online on a regular basis. I strongly recommend that new subscribers do not use the services of this provider and protect themselves in advance from the troubles associated with stopping Internet access at the most inopportune moment and for an indefinite period.
